i'v been using company since 2017 sending multiple packages daily. Problems started when JUSTIN KO sent me the rudest email stating " DO NOT SLAM THE DOOR THAT HAS BROKEN HING AT THE BURNABY LOCATION" I decided to forward the email to head office asking if this is how they treat customers. the store manager apologized but i told me i should wait for an apology email from justin ko which i have not received.last week i had a sale on ebay and decided to use chit chat again but that was a mistake that im paying for as i type this.dropped off the package on Wednesday aug 16th , got an email on thursday the 17th asking for the invoice which i sent in right away. today is the 21st and the package is not showing on usps where my client has put a hold on funds and asking for a refund for uploading a non working tracking. when i called them at chit chat the rep said the reason its not working is that she was off work on thursday but the tracking should be working by Wednesday this week . she was not helpful and dismissive which makes me think im getting targeted for making a complain. this issue has NOT been resolved and ongoing

It took so long for delivery, My customer wasn't happy about it and asked for a refund while the package is on the way. It is very bad for my business. I'm happy with other mailing companies even though a bit more money, but my business goes smoothly.

A lower end courier. It took 3 weeks for it to arrive after shipping from Mississauga to Saskatoon. I refused package upon delivery last week. It was sent to Calgary and back to Mississauga as it was mis-sorted. The lady on the phone I was talking to thought it was funny.. it's funny until you're in that other person's shoes. I've been an eBay buyer for 15 years and a huge online buyer.. FedEx is the only great courier out there.. I'd pay a bit more to have great tracking, efficiency, and great all around service. Never one problem with FedEx in all my purchases. It's honestly frustrating that no couriers these days are punctual and reliable except for FedEx. There's a reason why FedEx is sponsored by NHL, PGA golf, and Nascar.. the best courier company. Also it's frustrating being a customer and your employees screw up by mis-sorting and there's zero accountability or compensation. With FedEx, they priortize their customers and there's a reason why they're a 5 star courier and you guys are 2 star. I don't intend to sound rude here but I'm speaking facts with my experience with you guys, Canada Post, UPS, USPS, and Asendia.. not the best. Very disappointed with you guys and refuse to buy off eBay again since with all these shabby and lower end couriers who're flaky and erratic..

Chit Chat, compared to other companies obviously is cheaper for smaller businesess but their insurance does everything possibly to not pay for any products lost or damges . which is not relible. they offer insurance but is just a name .after submitting all the necessary (custom information ,products images, customers communication ) you name it still they refused to cover the cost . Not good for small business .

Chitchat is the waste of tome and money! I only did one shipment with them for my Etsy shop and they lost the package and leas to that my customer put a bad review because she didn’t received a package and I’m not getting sales after that!!!! Also they were supposed to send my money back but I haven’t received anything! Don’t recommend this at all! Better to pay more for shipping but keeps your customers happy!!!

Only place for us to ship our USA items! People that are super friendly and nice at this location, they sometimes will keep the doors open if you're like 5 minutes late. My dogs love these guys?

Horribly slow. Still waiting for a package on Dec 7 that had an ETA of Nov 30. Zero updates provided and no way to track. Your package disappears into a black hole without any updates until they pass it along to another carrier such as Canada Post etc. My package arrived at their sorting centre on Nov 28 according to Shop app, even though the seller (small business trying to save $ on shipping) sent me an automatic confirmation saying they gave it to Chit Chats on Nov 23 which means it took 5 whole days for Chit Chats to enter my pkg into their database? Then my package sat in their warehouse for a further 5 days before it went anywhere. 2 weeks from the day it shipped and still waiting…at least Canada Post now has it. That is the only reason I received an update.

This company refuses to listen to its customers and recipients whenever they ask to remove or to avoid putting the “Do Not Safe Drop” label on the packages being sent through them.As someone whose nearest Canada Post Office is more than two kilometres away and has to go uphill and downhill to pick up the packages (because no one is at home most of the time when the delivery is attempted), I find it taxing to have to report this situation to them for almost every single month and for them to shrug this off as not a serious issue.People should have the right to exercise their Right to Autonomy when it comes to these matters.

Horrible customer service. Customer support behaves you like they are your boss, not that you are their client.They also don't support amazon anymore which causes incredible extra work. I recommend staying away from this company.

On July 18 Chit Chats announced that effective July 31 they will no longer support Amazon integration with the platform. Meaning that sellers' Amazon orders won't import anymore. The reason for this, according to Chit Chats is that "Amazon's Seller Central has undergone significant recent updates that make it incompatible with the Chit Chats platform." This very vague explanation makes no sense for a number of reasons, especially given that all of the other platforms have no issues at all. For example, Shippo, ShipStation, Stamps.com, Shipworks and Shippingeasy (just to name a few) are still supporting full Amazon integration. I fail to see how Chit Chats cannot continue with Amazon integration when all of the others are carrying on without any problems. Coincidentally Chit Chat also announced on June 14 that effective August 1, all USPS shipments have to be purchased as "Chit Chats U.S. Tracked." The "USPS First Class Package " option disappeared. Obviously it makes one wonder, given the dates, that these two changes are somehow linked and that this change to "Chit Chats U.S. Tracked" is actually the reason Amazon syncing stopped working. Either way, it's mind-boggling that Chit Chats doesn't have the technical capability to continue with Amazon integration since all of the other platforms are still offering it. Because of this, Amazon sellers now have to either download an Amazon orders spreadsheet, make modifications and upload it to Chit Chats, or create manual orders, both of which are very time consuming. As well, all tracking numbers now have to be copied and pasted back into Amazon in order to complete the order process. In spite of all of this extra work, sellers are not being offered a price reduction for their Amazon orders even though the time necessary to purchase the shipping has more than doubled. I've been a Chit Chats customer for years and started long before they had an functioning website that integrated with selling platforms. I've never seen a company of this size and scale reduce their services as time goes on. One would think that as time goes on, the company would want to improve instead of get worse. Considering that Amazon is the biggest platform for third-party sellers, this recent change can only be viewed as regressive (and unfathomable).

Chit Chats is great, without their cheaper shipping rates Canadian small business entrepreneurs would find it much more difficult to do business with the rates that Canada post charges. This Chit Chats has extended hours, making it one of the better drop off locations.

If there is the option of 0 star, I would put that. This company is a fraud! It has been a month since I placed an shipment and it’s been a month and the item has not been found. They refused to do any further investigation and insisted on me making a claim of $250 for something that is worth $1k+. They just give you vague reasons that doesn’t explain why the item has been lost and they refuse to do any follow up. They just keep pushing off their responsibility and lie to you!
