What's more, they will explain and teach you in detail how to send a package to Hong Kong with the least amount of money (for example, putting clothes in a relatively thin box. Because express delivery will strictly look at the size of your package and determine the fee. )After the payment is completed, they will send a tracking code to your mobile phone. It usually takes less than seven days to get to Hong Kong. And with this tracking code, you can know where your package is being sent.

Just wanted to share my great first experience with City-Core sending items over to Hong Kong. I spoke with Philip in English as my Cantonese isn't good and he helped to explain the process and to arrange someone to pick up all the items from my home in Vancouver.Compared to other couriers I've used to send items to HK, City-Core is so much cheaper. The items arrived in HK in 4 days or so which was much sooner than expected.For those that usually add insurance on their packages being delivered, just note that the insurable limit is set.If you are looking to send something cheaper and to arrive fast, as well as have it picked up from you and have it packed for you, give City-Core a call to at least get a quote and information.Ask for Philip and he will be able to answers all your questions.I will definitely use City-Core the next time I send something to Hong Kong.

So glad I found this place! I sent a parcel from Vancouver to Hong Kong and delivery took just 7 business days. Tracking is included and you can check the status on their website. If you leave a local Hong Kong phone number they will even text that number as soon as the parcel is delivered. The parcel actually went straight to the door of the apartment unit in Hong Kong, which was excellent.The process was super easy and way cheaper than using Canada Post or big name couriers. You go with your package/parcel, or they can sell you a box (for $1 or something). Then give them the delivery address and they will process everything within a couple of minutes. Friendly staff as well.Highly recommend!!
