Horrible customer service. Signed up for a service that doesn’t work. Poor or no clear communication with what is being done and no clarity on when problems are going to be fixed. A huge waste of time as they sign you up and then provide no service telling you that you have to go online..and then their online ppl telling you that you need to go back to their store. Connectivity problems, spotty service and each person telling you that they need to keep wasting your time to troubleshoot and then telling you that they are not technical. Not what lll signed up for at all! Just all around poor experience and poor service.

We were looking for a good plan for our mobiles. Ben, at Telus Richmond Center, explained very patiently all our options and gave us a good plan that we are happy with. He helped us to set our phones up and made sure our new SIM cards worked. He spent over an hour with us, and always kept his smiling face. We are highly appreciative of his service. Alex and Teresa

That was the worst customer service ever. The guy Kushal he doesn't seem like professional and isn't knowledgeable. He gave the wrong information, and he didn't even call back. Also, he didn't give me the old SIM card as well, and he said he gave me, but he didn't. Thanks.

As a couple of seniors we were not familiar with Koodo Easy Roam and other methods, sim cards, etc., to use while travelling. The Ricmond Centre Koodo kiosk in Richmond BC. went over and above to explain all options. Diana, the manager, even drew diagrams for us. She was extremely helpful, patient and knowledgeable. We left confident in our choices thanks to her. Highly recommend this location!Thanks Koodo and Diana!

Alice was super helpful when I lost my sim card. She helped me connect with Koodo and did everything she could to make the stressful experience better. The customer service was stellar and they have great hard workers!

Dear Sir...I get the service from a lady at Rice center n I'm happy with her service , but something i really need to mention , with the standing over many of hours ,it is very tire to them , all I know is , with good team n good business, first always treat the staff well before can grow more to the business, sorry for me to suggest it ,thanks for your timeWarm regardsHeidi

We were there just few minutes ago. I have never recieved such an amazing service since i came to vancouver. Edwin was amazing. he went above and beyond and solve a problem that was unsolved for few days. Thanks Edwin . i will only go to richmond koodo as long as edwin is there :D

Just recently I bought a new iPhone and started an account at Koodo through this shop at Richmond Centre. Alice J was truly exceptional in the service she provided. She was extremely patient even though they were very clearly understaffed. She was very meticulous in the details of the service and contract and went out of her way to give me the best deals available. She even helped to transfer all my data (a lot) which I was not expecting, but am very grateful for. The next day, I brought my wife in and she also helped her get a great deal in transferring her contract too. Again she was very approachable and knowledgeable about the available options. I could see also that she is very friendly and conversant with Chinese customers. My observation is she seems to be the go-to person at the booth whenever she is there - most of the staff seem to rely on her for the difficult technical issues. To the owner: you should really consider her for a promotion as she is going way beyond her duties and is clearly leadership material. And no, I am not a friend or related to her in any way - she is just an exceptional support person that I had the pleasure of meeting this week. I worked in engineering companies for many years so I have a very good idea what makes for excellent customer support.

Worst Koodo in Richmond. Extremely unprofessional—just go to the larger Telus store beside them. Waited for over an hour for service because they were taking their sweet time chatting with friends, didn't even acknowledge that we were waiting. Ended up just going to Telus store for our needs—which they handled within 5 minutes of entering the store.

Alice J at this Koodo store in Richmond Center is great. She provides excellent customer care when I need to replace my SIM card today. I also bought from her my phone at the last Black Friday promo. She is very knowledgeable and very patient in checking out the customer's needs.
