Luk Fook or Look Fook?This store is located inside Richmond Center close to the Bay area. The store is well lit with most of their jewelleries on display in their display cases and there are sales associates stationed at each section to assist the customers.I tried the other jewellery store, Lao Feng Xiang, but their sales associates and procedures there were just outright weird. And Chow Tai Fook outside the mall just had limited selections unlike they do in Hong Kong. Therefore at the end of the day I am back here again.Originally I wanted to buy one item but ended buying two items because the 2nd item was crafted with a very special design plus the sales lady willing to give me a good and fair price for them both.Overall, quite happy with the courteous and patient service here. Plus the prices here are reasonable fair for the 24k jewelleries.Not just Look’ing but Luk Fooked a couple of 24k purchases and will be a repeat for me.

I had the money to buy a similar ring they sold me before. I was treated nicer when i was with my wife, and terrible when I was alone. NEVER shopping there again!!!!!

They really love beautiful 24k gold designs.I am attracted to beautiful Jewlery that is uncommon in the market, I went to many Jewlery to find the perfect beautiful, unique in my opinion earring that has weight on it, not feather light and they had it. I like it, I want it, I got it. I wanted a chain a week later, again searched around and they had the exact chain another place had, but their labour cost was much better so I like it, want it and got it. The money I saved on labour cost I was able to use towards a pendant at another jewellers (another review) The staff were nice, nicer after I walked in wearing the earrings a week later.I bought one item abs returned, overall in one week spent 8k but I’m very happy with my purchase and will be returning to check out what’s new. I would recommend lukfook for 24k gold Jewlery and price.

One of the worst jewellery stores. We've bought there wedding rings but then next day my parents gave us custom made wedding rings so we decided to return the ones we just bought. Next day we go there - they all get passive aggressive and say that we can't return them because their policy doesn't allow refunds. So we just wasted lots of money on something we can't even return the next day. The only store that doesn't allow refunds (doubt it's even legal to deny refunds). Highly not recommend to go there!
