I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I was referred to Prima after my brother used them for his flooring needs and had an exceptional experience. My brother and his wife have had a few renovation experiences in the past and so were very knowledgeable in this area. For me, it was my first home and I was very new and didn’t have a lot of knowledge. The fact that we can both walk away with an exceptional experience speaks volumes to the fact that this company can assist anyone with their flooring needs and know that you will have a high quality product and exceptional service. From walking into the showroom to walking through my home after installation, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience or a more professional team. Stefan took time to walk me through my options, was detailed on follow up once I received samples, and also promptly followed up with me after installation to ensure I was happy with it. I am so, so happy with the end result but also the means that got me here. I would easily recommend Prima to any of my friends and family looking for new flooring! Thank you Stefan and the rest of the Prima team for an amazing experience!!!

I am building a new home in Delta. I was working with Bobby Bains at Prima Carpets and Flooring. This was the best flooring experience I have had to date. I have built multiple homes and done numerous renovations. Bobby’s quotes were well below the competition. When I asked Bobby about glue for the hardwood flooring, he sourced out the glue and gave me an exceptional price (saved me a few hundred dollars). When I had trouble installing the vinyl he immediately got back to me with answers and also got the sales rep to call me. When one of my tiles came broken, he offered to drive out a new piece personally. Awesome service, thanks Bobby.

We are so happy with our new floors. The installers were great, lots of attention to detail, and the end result was impeccable! Highly recommend Prima Carpets. They have a great selection of flooring and knowledgeable staff.
