The only thing Purolator is leading in is being the absolute worst of all the shipping services available in Canada. Zero stars.Don't even try to reach you, at home all day and then you have to look up your tracking number and see that they "attempted" delivery. No sticker or card left, no knock.You then find out that their closest pickup spot to you is 160km away.What a joke.And this isn't an isolated incident, just read through the litany of reviews complaining about the same issues. In fact there was another disgruntled customer picking up as I was there, same story.Purolator do something about your garbage delivery service.

The delivery man don’t even try to send the parcel to customers, the only thing they keep in mind is for their convenience and loaf on their job, this happened many times they only left a note in my apt entrance, I don’t drive so I have to take Skytrain bound for airport and pay extra money for ticket. NEVER will try this carrier’s service and if I noticed the sender using this carrier, I would cancel my order immediately or ask for return.

Seriously if i could give negative stars i would. Purolator suck!!!! The drivers have NEVER successfully delivered any of my packages! It’s absolutely ridiculous! Buzzer code provided. Exact information provided. Stayed home wasting my time waiting for them - checked the cameras and NOTHING. No delivery driver even attempted. This whole company needs an upper level management restructure.I do not recommend purolator.

Most inconvenient pick up locations.Also the pick up time on the slip was way off. I drove out to the airport 8 hours after it was supposed to be ready and they didn't even have it yet. Had to come back the next day.

I would give 0 stars, more than 10 day’s waiting for my internet modem, they never found 2 addresses that I give to get my package

I’ve never had this place actually deliver, even if someone is home all day. This time they didn’t even leave me the correct “undeliverable” slip; I got someone else’s information taped to my door.

According to everyone else, they NEED a buzz code right? It gets better: I have provided my buzz code, but they did NOT even leave a slip after attempting to deliver! Only until I tracked the shipment did I know: I have to go pick it up in 5 days and they didn’t bother to reattempt delivery the next day or afterwards.

Terrible. We were IN NOa hotel and wanted to ship suitcases back home. They wouldn't help us because we don't have an account and they wouldn't pick up , wouldn't take credit card or cash - totally lousy service (or should I say NO SERVICE)
