The data plan didn’t work on my phone, but I still can make phone calls. Thus I went to this store to get help. It wasn’t busy then.The salesman checked the computer and said that I should call the customer service to reboot my sim card. I am not a tech person so I dialed the customer service via my phone and asked politely if he could explain the issue to the customer service. Guess what ~He didn’t bother answering me but turned his head away. This is the worst attitude I’ve ever experienced.

Very very bad service experience please don’t go to this location you will waste your time. The staff is rude and very unprofessional. Rogers need to check there employees attitude towards customers.

Just a warning. We had the worst experience of our lives dealing with this store. They have very young inexperience staff who have no idea what they are doing. They lied to us and overcharged us and refused to help us with a new phone that we had gotten that day. Would not call customer service. Told us to go to Apple to get it working. Went to Apple who told us we had to deal with Rogers. Went to the Rogers at the Richmond Centre and the lady there had the phone working in minutes. I came to find out the extra charges are because they are not a real Rogers store.There’s a whole story behind us going there in the first place but it’s too long to get into. All I can say is it was a waste of 2 very frustrating days which ended up with us having to drive into downtown Vancouver to get the phone that they said they had. What they failed to mention is it was an opened box. After them telling us that they had lots of them. All they had was 1 opened box phone.Buyer beware stay away from this store.

I went to this Rogers store to migrate my Shaw account over to Rogers. They said I need to pay certain fees for the migration and insisted this is the typical practice and they do it for all migration. I refused to pay and contacted Rogers and confirmed the migration is free of charge and in fact, they have statement credits for customers who migrate, so not only you don’t have to pay, you will get paid by Rogers.Avoid this Rogers store at all costs as they are not in the phone business as they are just in the business to squeeze every penny out of anyone walking into their store.

Switched over from Telus. Had one bar before switching over then had full 4 bars with Rogers at the same spot. Fast, knowledgeable and friendly service from the staff.

Switching from Shaw mobile to Rogers. Got charged $10 per sim card and the sales there insist that every card is charged. We weren't too sure about it so we paid. We got home to check online with a Roger's customer service and they informed us that it should be waived. Go to another Rogers (Landsdown) is better where did it for free!

Sales rep made several false statements. Also made some false claims about other mobile communications companies with intention to sell Rogers services. I prefer to make my own informed decision based on truthful information and not on false claims. Who agrees with me?

A+ Customer service from the manager Joe at this rogers outlet. Was in the market for a new phone plan, and received outstanding above and beyond service here. Will definitely be coming back next time.

I came here one day looking for a new phone and plan since my contract with another phone service was finally up. I was glad I walked into this Rogers location in Aberdeen mall.?The customer service here was outstanding. The reps noticed me right away and greeted me with eye contact. They knew that I needed help and they did not have me waiting for long to get what I wanted done. The rep that helped me was very knowledgeable and was great at listening to my needs. He was also very patient and had all the right questions. ?I would definitely recommend Rogers at Aberdeen if anyone was looking for any help with their cellular products or phone plans. They have all the right tools and skills to get to where you want.Thank you Rogers! ?
