This store has zero customer service so I suggest people to go elsewhere. There’s this Asian man with his retro looking glasses (you know who you are) was really cold and rude towards my dad when we came in to inquire small business wifi packages. I understand he was busy handling with another customer but he had a really bad attitude and sounded like he didn’t wanted to talk to us at all. He also didn’t really suggested any practical solutions for us since he didn’t wanted to handle with more customers. Telus, please improve your customer service training!

Exceptional Service from Technician Mike; Mixed Experience at StoreI recently signed up for home internet at the Telus store in Richmond Center and had an initially frustrating experience due to a mistake made by the sales representative. Despite providing my ID, they entered my unit number incorrectly, causing confusion and inconvenience.However, the stellar service provided by technician Mike during the installation completely turned around my experience. Not only did he rectify the error swiftly, ensuring that my installation went smoothly, but he also went above and beyond by securing a fantastic deal on a TV digital box, which I hadn't initially planned to subscribe to.Mike's professionalism, attention to detail, and dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction were truly commendable. He took the time and energy to correct the mistake made by the sales representative and ensured that everything was set up correctly.I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to Mike and his manager for their outstanding service. While my experience at the store was mixed, Mike's exceptional performance more than made up for it. Telus is fortunate to have such a dedicated and customer-focused team member. Thank you, Mike!

Three staff members looked at their mobile phones. They applied for 0 minutes and waited for 10 minutes. No one answered the application and only looked at their mobile phones. No entry service? ? ? ???

Anything we want to get from here the staff just directs to get it online. Its one of the biggest mobility stores in the area but whenever u want something there staff will say its out of stock and be rude as hell.Today we went there to get a mere mobile connection the guy was free and we kept waiting for him to help us and when we eventually asked him if he was available he said yes and then he is like go online and order it. Never going to this store again.

Customer service is awful, especially for TELUS customers who aren't buying something that day. First of all, the store has a phone number that nobody picks up. Almost every day TELUS calls me and offers something that I don't want or need, but when it came to getting help on the services I do pay for, they were going to charge me a lot of money for something that they could do in a couple minutes, then the person who was working with me just gave up and sent me to another store. The store was almost empty too, so it's not like helping me for a couple minutes was going to prevent the TELUS assistant from getting a commission on a sale.

Extremely Disappointed with Service Regarding Mobile Plan InquiryI recently visited Telus with the intention of simply inquiring about changing my mobile plan. Expecting a standard level of customer service, I was utterly shocked and disappointed by the response I received from the employee on duty.When I approached with my question, instead of assistance or guidance, the employee bluntly told me, “I am too busy, I am not answering any questions.” This dismissive and unprofessional behavior left me feeling undervalued as a customer.It’s disheartening to experience such a lack of basic customer service, especially when the query was straightforward. The unwillingness to engage or provide the slightest assistance is not what I expected from a company of Telus’s stature.This experience has not only deterred me from proceeding with my plan change but has also made me reconsider my association with Telus. A company’s customer service is a reflection of its values, and based on this encounter, it seems customer satisfaction is not a priority for Telus.I hope this feedback is taken seriously and that future customers do not have to face a similar situation.

Had an excellent customer service experience at Telus today. Marco was incredibly helpful. I accidentally left something at the store, and he went above and beyond by dropping the item off at my place after his shift. It truly made my day! He was extremely knowledgeable about the products and services. He offered some fantastic phone and wifi plan deals for me and my roommates and proactively answered our questions at the store. Truly appreciate it!

Wow, this store is an embarrassment. I can't believe they don't give their employees a way to disable the alarms. As a customer it was draining my sanity just to sit and wait while that alarm constantly shrieked, I can't imagine having to actually work in this environment. When we asked about it, the pained expressions and "sorry I REALLY wish we were able to disable it" said a lot about management.The employees are actually nice though, so plus 1 star for that at least.

This store sucks , i would give it 0 if possible.I asked the manager "how long to replace a sim card?"The manager referred me to the back of the line of an empty store in the middle of the day.Cant you give an answer faster than referring me to the back of the line? And asking me 3 questions in return.I cant tell if this store is a actual store or just a front for a big practical joke.By the fourth time i asked him how long to replace a sim card , he said about 2-5 minutes , then threated to call security.Great work sir!

There was a promotion booth for Telus outside of Uniqlo. A young Asian man was so rude to me. No customer service at all. As he explained the promotions I was confused because I was looking at different plans that day. He started giving me attitude and had no patience. Annoyingly stating this is Telus T-E-L-U-S and spelt it out for me. Absolutely disrespectful to customers.
