Their staff named MARIA VINIA (as stated in my receipt 5pm dec26,2023) (Filipina old lady) should be fired!!!‼️‼️RUDE ARROGANT & NO CUSTOMER SERVICE at all‼️‼️‼️I kindly asked her if she can take a look and check if my desired shade of mac lipstick is in stock in their drawer at the cashier but she said “we dont have” right away without checking. My guess is that she was just so lazy to check it well in fact the drawer cabinet and basket is just behind her.On the other hand, The chinese/korean cashier was so friendly and accommodating with my questions about prices of some products.COMPANY SHOULD TRAIN AGAIN OR KICK OUT THIS MARIA VINIA given that there’s alot of bad reviews naming her! ?

They have good products and amazing prices. But their management actually sucks. The assistant manager (brown lady) is so rude and inconsiderate. I mean where is the customer service if you are being salty than helpful? Also, I understand that people can leave stuff around and there might be a confusion regarding promo and price but I literally verified with one of the other employees who said it was $7. Either stay on your own word and price match or train your staff better. I enjoyed browsing the store and shopping there but now every time I get there she constantly vigilies and gives side eyes like I am going to steal from you guys. Big time disappointment!

The constant outstanding services that have been provided by Vanshika of the Cosmetic Company, Mc ArthurGlenn, outlet mall, Richmond.Her helpful and polite demeanour and her willingness to go above and beyond what is asked of her to accommodate her customers is something that is rare in this day and age. I went to this store with my wife this weekend and we were so disappointed with the staff.They were so rude and unfriendly, particularly Maria who was one of the cashiers during our visit. She was so dismissive when I asked about their products behind the counter. She had a very bad attitude and thought that I was not a serious buyer. BY FAR ONE OF THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE!!
