BMO stepped up when CIBC failed to deliver for our business account. What could not be accomplished after months of communication with CIBC was solved at BMO in just a few hours! Maeghan is a real gem, she expertly handled our account and kept us laughing. I didn't catch the mangers name, but he went above-and-beyond to get us into the schedule even through the bank was busy and we didn't have an appointment. Thank you BMO!!
