Every fall I visit this store as part of an annual trip to Salt spring. The upstairs section is fantastic and I always find something. They carry many brands including Holebrook, Cut Loose, Part Two—all quality brands which are increasingly difficult to find in bricks and mortar stores in Vancouver. Service has always been helpful.

Absolutely horrible service on the second floor an older lady with white/ grey hair followed me and my friends around the store our entire visit (presumably because we are young) and was very dismissive when we asked about pricing and merchandise. as we left she thought she heard one of us laugh and made a snarky remark, “something funny?….ok just checking”. we will not be returning and will be warning people of this establishment.

Echoing what a couple others have said - the selection is okay and prices are pretty high but comparable to other outdoorsy-ish clothing stores in the area, but the customer service is off-putting and rude, particularly on the second floor.
