I received an interview invitation for store associate position. A day before I went there, I called the store afterwards checking the reviews. An associate instructed me to visit the next day. I had a meeting with the store manager, Jag, who is an excellent manager overall. I thought he conducted the interview in a professional manner and that he was courteous, professional, and accommodating all at the same time.

We buy this cylinder for our BbQ we told them we need a large one but they said it gonna fit for sure .. we had the BBq in our car we buy that and try to attach it but it doesn’t go through so within literally 1 minute we went back to return it .. then the worker said you are used it and the paint is gone .. what the heck was that i can’t understand.. they could simply say we don’t accept return but making a false statement is not good I want to give them negative stars if I could.. never gonna go there again… so disappointed and rude service.

I used 10 dollars coupon to place an order online but was cancelled by by no reason and i was told refunds could be backtwo weeks later. the coupon just like a cheat! Please don't do that if can not promise.

I searched it and came from 5 kilometres away, but it is closed at 12am.Its name is 7 Eleven but it’s closed at 12 am, I mean come on.This is the only location of 7 eleven to be closed at 12.I mean you have the best location at King George but you are not offering the service of stores that are really far away from residential areas.

Poor management, employees are extremely lazy, at least one pump is always down. People that work there are so disrespectful I left my wallet on the counter with cash I just took out ($200) and came back 10 mins after and they said they don’t know what happened to it when it’s pretty obvious it was the cashier as there was nobody else in the store and it was on the counter in front of him, sucks I was in a rush. They are out of a lot of the stock many times, the windshield wiper is frozen in the bucket. I could go on forever. I even heard the manager yelling at a young lady because her hands were full and apparently put something small in her pocket and took it out then screamed get out of here you’re trying to steal. When she said it’s right here my hands were full and he took it way out of hand. Calling her names, saying racist remarks.
