I would provide zero stars if I could. The manager at this location is rude, condescending and arrogant. He obviously does not care about his customers. I will never get gas from this location due to his atrocious behaviour and attitude. If Esso and 7/11 were smart they should reconsider his employment with them and how he is damaging their image and find more professional management for this location.

I visited this 7-11 location twice on Friday, September 4th during my bike ride, once around 2 pm and again at 5 pm. During my first visit, I purchased a 750ml Smart Water with the spout but was neither given nor offered a receipt. The service seemed fine at that moment. However, when I returned a few hours later and bought the exact same thing, I was suddenly informed by the same teller about a “buy one, get one free” promotion on the Smart Water. Why was I not offered this promotion during my earlier purchase?
When I explained the situation, the woman at the counter rudely grabbed who I assume was the manager. Instead of offering a solution or even an apology, the manager questioned how I could "prove" I had bought the same product earlier, which felt absurd considering I wasn't even offered a receipt at that time. To make matters worse, both the manager and another male employee, who was stocking the store but didn’t appear to be wearing a 7-11 shirt, started giving me dirty looks. The manager completely dismissed my concern, and this stocker continued to stare me down.
After trying to get them to understand the situation and receiving nothing but rude behavior, I gave up and purchased another bottle. As I walked by to grab my second Smart Water, the female employee gave me even more dirty looks and said something in her language, coupled with hand motions near my face. The overall service—from the associate to the manager to the stocker—was absolutely horrible, rude, and unprofessional. The store procedures were clearly not applied properly, and I was treated unfairly.
To make matters worse, this location is not wheelchair accessible. While there may be ramps, the door itself has no accessibility options—it does not open automatically, which makes it incredibly difficult for anyone with mobility challenges, especially if the workers are busy or not paying attention. This is a serious oversight that needs to be addressed.
I left feeling disrespected and upset. I won’t be returning to this location, and I highly suggest management re-evaluates their customer service practices and considers improving their accessibility features.

They didn’t have the mini donutsThey didn’t even compensate or give me anything equivalent to the mini donuts x2 orderOr leave a msg note on my order bagI’m really upset I’ve been ordering from here and never had any problems until todaySad thing is they didn’t re embers me on the skip the dish app I have everything else but I lost $10.50 to a $45.75 order and didn’t receive my mini donuts x2

May 4 ,2024 timing 10:50 almost . I went to 7 eleven to buy cigarettes. The behaviour of one (punjabi)girl there was too much rude. She even didn’t know like how to communicate with customers in a polite way. I didn’t have my physical id present with me that time (BCID) but i was showing my other ids to her but her replies was not appropriate.. i think they should learn how to communicate with customers effectively.. her behaviour was like she is the manager there

The fact that it's a 711 open 24 hours, what is your excuse for not having any hot food available around midnight? People come here for mostly emergency and they didn't have anything after walking there in the middle of the night. Hope management is reading. Slackers or lazy or just refused to serve food?

Isn't a requirement for people to shower and use deodorant when working with food?I was at the store last week and I could smell the guy across the counter. If they don't shower, makes you wonder if they also wash their hands when working with food.It is not a good thing when an employee smells stronger than the food they cook. Not good at all.

Terrible experience. Very rude employees as i asked for the refund in my card humbly and the employee got rude and yelled at me saying “you should decide before buying” and ask me to get out of the store and made weird faces while scanning the items. Really unpleasant and unwelcoming experience at the store. Wont recommend anybody to go there.
