Road directions given can be misleading. Had to do a round to actually find the place. But once inside service was fast, professional, and friendly. Staff was helpful.

Very bad experience ☹️ with Fedex at this location. Somehow i was not home yesterday to pick up the package and the driver took it back and provided me the door tag to pick up the package for tomorrow. Today i called this location to see if my package is there to pick up because on the door tag they clearly mentioned it that you can pick up the package on the next day and make sure come with an id. The items are perishable goods that came from my home country and i trusted that fedex is one of them who can deliver the best service for this kind of delivery. However i was wrong and i am not gonna do any shipments with the fedex anymore. The customer representative told me on the phone that driver has your package right now but that does not make sense if they cannot deliver it. They should have some kind of place to keep the undelivered packages so that customer can come to the location to pick it up. Just a recommendation do not provide door tag if a customer cannot pick up from the location you mentioned 👎

FedEx is THE worst shipping company I have ever dealt with. I swear they don’t even attempt to deliver packages to apartment buildings, they just slap a notice on the door and leave. There have been multiple times now where I have received a notification that there was a “delivery exception - customer unavailable” but have received no calls from my building’s intercom or from the driver attempting to contact me to get access to the building, and from reading other reviews it sounds like this is a common practice for their drivers. I usually put my buzzer code directly on packages but on the times that I forget it’s not hard to look through a directory to find the code. Do better.

They delivered my pack to the wrong house they need to double check. they need to look at the address correctly the next day the house that 5 door down came and gave me my package this is the second time they have done this are they just hiring lazy people

• Checked FedEx website with tracking number.
• Tracking number had said that it was located at the Fed EX Delta, BC location (with no Delta address).
• Googled Fed EX Delta location.
• Went to Fed Ex Delta location and gave the tracking number. They did not have my mail. They gave me a 1-888 to call.
• 1-888 Customer service said that they could put in a request to find my mail and that would take 2 business days.

I received a sticker on my door on August 6th. This pass Monday. Went to the ware house to pick it up on the 7th, yesterday and they stated it is not at there warehouse and that I can come tomorrow as in today as i write this review after 9am. I went there AGAIN today at 12ish in the afternoon and the gentleman that was helping me states the driver took it back on the road and will deliver the package today before 10pm
What doesn’t make sense is that I received a sticker.. Which means that I would need to pick up at the warehouse. Why is the driver taking my package back on road???
Not only that, I was told since i paid my duty fees since august 2nd that the driver can leave my package at my front door with no signature or any1 to open the door. IF THAT IS THE CASE WHY DIDNT THEY DRIVER JUST LEAVE THE PACKAGE AT MY DOOR WHEN THEY TRIED TO DELIVER IT THIS PASS MONDAY.

My recent experience with the FedEx Ship Center in Surrey was nothing short of a nightmare. This is not the first time I've ordered from the same website and had FedEx deliver it, and my previous delivery went smoothly. However, this time was a complete disaster from start to finish.
I ordered a gift for a friend in Vietnam, and because I needed to send it immediately upon arrival, I paid extra for express delivery. The package was supposed to be delivered on Friday, the 26th, so I could ship it out on Saturday. On Friday morning, I got a notification saying the delivery was delayed to Monday, the 29th. No attempt was made to contact me for a buzzer code or anything—they just slapped a sticker on the building and left.
I called customer service right away and was assured I could pick up the package on Saturday. But when I arrived at the FedEx Ship Center, I was told my small parcel was buried in a container truck, and they couldn’t retrieve it. Are you serious? How incompetent can you be? This is a gift for my friend, and what am I supposed to do now?
I didn’t want to make a scene, so I agreed to pick it up on Tuesday since I work on Monday. I drove all the way to Richmond to buy a replacement gift, wasting my time and money. I returned to the FedEx Ship Center and provided my building’s buzzer code, requesting the package be delivered instead. They assured me it would be.
It's now Tuesday, and I still don’t have my package. The system keeps telling me to pick it up. When I called customer service again, they contacted the manager, who admitted the staff made a mistake, leaving my package sitting at the center. What a colossal failure!
I paid nearly $20 for express shipping, and this is what I get? Absolutely unacceptable. I’ve been waiting forever for my package, and my friend’s gift is now late. I would give FedEx Ship Center in Surrey -10,000,000 stars if I could. This is beyond disappointing—it's infuriating!

Package says it will be delivered on a certain day, I end up waiting all day and it never comes (paid custom fees already). I check my status the next day and now my package is being rerouted to a fedex facility. A few hours later I check my status again and not only is it delayed, but they don’t have an estimated delivery date for my package?? Fedex is a joke. Never choosing this company for delivery again.
(As of July 24, I still don’t have my package!)

Garbage company, don't care about customers( customers service is a big joke and located in different country , different continent and they cannot help you).Delivery is awful , drivers barely understand or speak English, they just deliver notices about attempting deliveries, not parcels, not following minimum delivery' s rules .Job description is deliveries parcels. Even after leaving notices to pick up your parcels at designated locations, parcels are not there .Even stated on notice : pick up after 3pm. Not there. You go back on line and find out another info : delayed delivery. So, it means they deliver parcels all over the city for no reason, wasting time and playing with customers. They think we are bunch of idiots. This is not a shipping, this is a shipping harassment toward customers. This company should be shut down for common good. My rating : - 500. Friendly tip: Stay away from this company or you will be screwed up. Also, they are not friendly toward people with disabilities!!!!
