Horrible customer service, whether you’re shopping in store or calling them to inquire about something. I called this store multiple times in the past and they use to be so helpful but recently in the past 1-2 years they have been not only rude but disrespectful. I rather pay a little extra somewhere else than support a store that has no sense of value or respect for the people that are wanting to come in to purchase their groceries. 1 star is still to much for these guys, if I had the option I would give them 0.

Worst customer service experience, cashier was arguing with me without any reason. I brought some groceries and atta; idk what she was talking about. I was ready to pay my bill, but she was saying me something about the flour; i advised her i will pay whatever amount it is but she was doing offensive comments which made me and my mother uncomfortable. I was in rush, was not having enough time for all this stupid stuff. Was a regular customer, never going again!!!!

Worst place ever to do shopping. Owner is so rude and worst customer service. Why do they make fun of customers? If anyone ask anything for clarification . I would never recommend anyone to do shopping at this store which one is in Payal business centre. I will not give even 1 star . Not deserve any star .

Surrey supermarket employees which is near service Canada surrey is making fun of customers and dont insult customers by laughing instead clarify doubts. will not buy from surrey super market. worst customer service.
