I ordered some parts last minute as my truck was stuck at a mine site broken. The dealerships could not help in a timely manner but these guys got my parts in a week and had all the shipping up to the site taken care of. When it was still going to mean a delay in when I needed the truck fixed they pivoted and got the parts onto a bus coming to site. Delivered right to the airport to get on the bus. Amazing service. I’d order from them before a dealer any day.

The Terrace Cap-it store provides outstanding customer service. Every visit, Dianne (the owner) goes above and beyond to help, and I always leave feeling well taken care of. I highly recommend shopping here!
