Bruna the store manager was So Helpful and so Pleasant to deal with!
Also she is so Knowledgeable, I will definitely becoming back here also highly recommending her to all my family and friends.

I saw hoka clifton 9 was on sale. The store didn't have the right size, but the rep could order and ship it to our home, so I accepted it. I tried them on a bit more at home and decided wasn't for me. However, when I tried to return it, I was told I would only receive store credit. I am pretty pissed right now, as at time of purchase, I was not notified by the rep. It was only until that I looked at the back of the receipt and searched on the website that this was Running Room's policy. Others have also complaint online that they have been caught by this scheme. BE FOREWARNED IF YOU ARE BUYING SOMETHING ON SALE AT RUNNING ROOM. The sale is too good to be true!

I recently visited the Running Room in Tsawwassen with my family of four, hoping to find a specific shoe brand. Unfortunately, the experience was far from what we expected. Upon entering, we couldn’t locate the brand we were looking for and noticed that the sales associates were engaged in a personal conversation. Despite clearly needing assistance, neither of them made any effort to help us. My 11-year-old was so disheartened by the lack of customer service that she even took a video of the staff ignoring us.
As we were leaving, another family entered the store and experienced the same indifference from the staff. They didn’t stay long either. It was disappointing to see such unprofessional behavior, and it left a negative impression on all of us. Customer service should be a priority in retail, and sadly, that was missing during our visit.

Got a pair of On Cloudmonsters from this store. One of the employees, Andre, helped me out in picking a shoe that I can wear casually and work out in. He's been a big help with figuring out my size, fitting the shoe and answering some of my questions. Will definitely visit again!

This shop helped me a lot when it comes to asking for opinions about running shoes. They recommended the best shoe for me and still considered my budget. The employee named André helped me, I can tell he knows what he's doing and what he's suggesting.

Customer service sucks! We were going to buy Hoka shoes but when we got there no one even bothered to say “hi” and no eye contact. NOTHING. So we walked away. At least 5 people came after but Noone even stood up to greet anyone! Every single employee was on their phone and can't be bothered!!!! Horrible!!!!
