Bought partly eaten candy. Came home and opened the lid only to find that the seal had been broken and multiple peaces of candy were partly eaten. Check anything you buy here!!!

Edit Review: The link takes me to a page where I can only file a complaint but no refund. I bought a vuse starter pack which is sold as a bundle at all other stores at a discounted rate. This store made me pay separately in two transactions and refused to give me a bundle price. I only found out after my first purchase that I was sold half the starter kit. the associates refused to give me a refund or a combo price.Never going back to this store again.Staff are FOBs but I speak their language. They spoke broken english and refused to talk to me in their language.Bad service. Staff did not speak English. Sold me the wrong product and then refused to give me the promo. I ended up paying $22 more than the promo price. Never going to this location again.

Terrible service from the cashier. I buy a sandwich and ask her to toast and she try to give me one from the front place that I don’t buy it and after ask her like 3 time she don’t even toast correct and I receive a cold sandwich.Monday 23 at 7:30 am

Tried to buy a lighter and the person said I needed an ID? Didn’t have it on me but I had a photo of it and the person said I needed the physical piece I’ve literally gotten into bars/ paid for drinks with just the picture wild that 7/11 is so weird about policing. Also I’m covered in tattoos and clearly over 19

Don't advertise 24/7 hot food if unable to deliver to those standards. Tried going in, wasn't able to get hot food, tried calling in an order, no hot food. Tried getting an order through uber eats, wasn't able to get food. I live a block away from this location and work late night and hope to get some food. Always disappointed. Very rude staff at night. I understand that cleanings need to be done, but don't advertise "24/7 hot food". I also understand you don't want to keep food out in the window late at night, but I asked to buy a whole pizza, and they weren't able to make it. Also very rude staff, lots of times no where to be seen when we walk in regardless of day

Stopped by late after the Whitecaps game, and I have to admit I was pleased with the service at this location. They offered me a complimentary coffee while I was waiting for the pizza.

The front lady (employee) doesn’t even know how to serve customers. She has been keep waiting Uber driver while order was already ready. She is very disrespectful and argues with customers without apology.
