I recently needed my display repaired on my Macbook Air M1 laptop. It ended up costing me around $600 to get it replaced. I didn't break it or anything, it just started having issues. My last laptop was an older Macbook, and it was considerably cheaper to repair. I wish Apple would make these devices more reasonably repairable like they used to be but it seems like they don't care about that any more :'(.

Walked in to pick up an order placed online. Unfortunately with the mass amounts of customers inside, it’s not clear at all where order pick up is. I stopped an Apple staff member to ask where I can pick up my order, all I said was “Can you” and she cut me off and said “I can’t help you”.
I understand that people will randomly stop to ask technical questions instead of going to the support team, but you could have at least listened and redirected?
If your staff can’t answer certain questions then have them walk around with uniforms that say what their job is or mark your store more clearly.

I brought the new device 16 pro from here, even though it was busy but attended by the executive within 2 minutes, got the device and done billing very fast.

Went to the store for tech help for a missing password. Staff were all busy talking to each other. Interrupted a conversation and asked for help. The tech guy took my phone and rapidly pushed a zillion buttons asked me for a password and shrugged. No go. Can’t help.
I had the distinct feeling that the whole performance was about him, his ego and how incredibly smart he was.
I was merely the audience.

I didn’t receive a paper receipt and I was not offered one. I wanted to put the iPad on monthly payments but this option was not offered so I had to pay the full amount. I found the staff to be somewhat inattentive.

Terrible customer service. They refused to replace my AirPods because my Apple Care expired 2 months ago…I explained to them that I was out of country to avail. Not even a one-time exceptional customer service gesture. Very frustrating experience…all of this while the Manager was smiling. I left the Airpods there and left the store. I WILL NEVER EVER BUY AN APPLE PRODUCT AGAIN!

Not a great experience, made an appointment and then was kept waiting for a long time as Apple employees helped walk in customers as a higher priority, I gave up after a while and cancelled the appointment. The best description for the staff would be surly.

Great service from Anas! (Hopefully I remembered his name correctly).
Very friendly and helpful with making sure my AirPods were legit. I bought them from a reliable retailer, I was a tiny bit paranoid and just wanted to make sure they’re legit Apple AirPods which was why I came to verify them with Apple employees.
He gave me some tricks and tips as to how to get a more comfortable fit if the ear tips that came with the AirPods didn’t fit me. I appreciate the help and friendliness !!!

Making an appointment is sucks, even if you are on time still need to wait for them! So it doesn't make sense to need an appointment system!
