Recently had H&R lowering springs, wheel spacers and an aftermarket yellow DRL LED headlight module installed on my 2024 BMW M3. The whole experience has been top notch from start to finish. I initially called and explained what I wanted done, Cheyne took the time to listen to my request and advise that I should also get an alignment post lowering spring install. He gave me an estimate for the cost to have the parts installed. I booked an appointment dropped off the car and it was ready to go the very next day. The pricing is very reasonable and was exactly what I had been quoted for with no surprises. I would highly recommend this shop and I would definitely bring my vehicle again. I’m very happy with the results, car looks great! Cheyne was great to work with and I received excellent service and communication. This shop is a real credit to the auto industry.

Normally, I don't write reviews, but I felt I really needed to share my positive experience. A friend recommended Blitzrieg Autowerks, so I decided to take my 2008 335xi there, and it turned out to be the best decision I've ever made. It's rare to find honest shops these days who won't try to take advantage of you. I had been dealing with a persistent coolant leak problem that another shop failed to fix on multiple occasions. However, when I explained the situation to Cheyne at Blitzrieg Autowerks, he quickly understood the issue and provided a detailed explanation of what was wrong and the estimated cost to fix it. I was more than willing to pay, as long as the problem was resolved properly.To my delight, they completed the job in just one day, and the price was very reasonable. When I went to pick up my car, Cheyne showed me pictures of the old parts he replaced and thoroughly explained what had caused the leak. I drove away from their lot and, since then, I haven't experienced any further issues with coolant leaks. I can't express enough how much Cheyne and his team have relieved my anxiety of waking up to find leaks under my car. This was my first visit to Blitzrieg Autowerks, but it certainly won't be my last.I want to extend my gratitude to Cheyne and the entire team at Blitzrieg Autowerks for their quick and outstanding work.EDIT: I came back here to get my oil pan gasket fixed and as usual, Cheyne and his team did an amazing job. I was also going to get my wheel alignment done, but Cheyne noticed this before I could ask him to realign my wheels. This place is amazing and worth every penny. Great experience with the team here. They tackled a complicated electrical issue and got the job done in good time. I rarely write reviews but I felt like I needed to share. The service here was terrible, I am student so making money has been tough lately especially with inflation. I figured this would be a great place to check out but I have been left disappointed. They tried to get me spend more money they I needed to spend even thou all I asked for was an oil change. Please choose another location for your business in North Van there’s many auto shops nearby that I am sure will be less difficult and disappointing.Service: Auto maintenance

Normally I go to the dealership for maintenance and repairs because of their business hours and readily of available parts. But the last time I was quoted twice as much than Blitzkrieg Autowereks could do the job. I was referred to them so I gave Cheyne a call and told him the situation. He booked my car in and was almost an entire day's work for engine oil leak from cam cover. Anyway, I went back to Blitzkrieg for other work few months later because the performance shop that installed my exhaust didn't do a good job and the exhaust shifted towards the diffuser. Took my car in to Blitzkrieg to adjust the exhaust as well get wheel alignment done. Couple days later the exhaust has shifted again. This time I requested Cheyne to spot well the performance exhaust so it won't move again. So far the weld is holding up even with our rough roads in Metro Vancouver. I have tried to avoid driving over potholes and man hole covers but sometimes it's unavoidable. Thanks to Blitzkrieg for the work they have done on my car and standing behind their work. I would have given them 5 stars if they are open for business on Saturday or close later in the day because their business hours is the same as my working hours.
