We’re so glad we decided to stop by this place! No one recommended it to us—my partner and I just decided to pop in and check it out. Even though we didn’t have an appointment, Dian greeted us right away, making us feel welcome and comfortable.
From the beginning, we felt at ease browsing the vehicles and got all the information we needed without any pressure. Dian was super approachable, easy to talk to, and really made the experience enjoyable.
We already had a car and were thinking about selling it on Marketplace or similar platforms but weren’t sure how to go about it. Dian offered to take a look at it and possibly make a trade-in offer. The next day, my wife came home with a new car!
To top it all off, the car had a small windshield crack, and the dealer offered to replace it without any hassle—no questions asked.
We’re so thankful we stumbled upon this place by chance and couldn’t be happier with our new vehicle. We’ll definitely recommend them to others and will be back for any future car purchases!

I recently purchased a car with a trade-in option, and I had an amazing experience! Dian, the car dealer, was incredibly friendly and approachable. I really appreciated how he gave us plenty of space while still providing detailed information about the car and answering all our questions. His relaxed and customer-focused approach made the process so much easier—something not all dealers understand.
Even though this wasn’t my first car purchase, Dian made me feel so comfortable that I returned the very next day to complete the deal. The financing with Amanda and insurance setup were handled quickly and efficiently, which I also appreciated.

Bought m6 new truck there
They keep bothering me over text even when I type the stop and ask nicely to stop sending me text and mail even contacting gmc canada to get taken off there list its been a half dozen times I've had to ask them to stop contacting me they don't respect your boundaries they don't take no for a answer and even typing stop to stop them from auto messages you they just wait a few months to a year and do it again no matter how many times you say stop in text or contact gmc canada I am not intrested in further contact or to be asked if they can buy my truck and sell me a new one leave me alone

I had a great experience at Dueck Downtown, specifically with Alan Rade. He gave me great insight on trucks I was interested in and even let me test drive his personal truck.
When it was time to make the deal, Alan was very reasonable and personable when it came to what I needed and what a fair price was.
When we made the deal, Alan drove from downtown to Langley to get my truck and brought jt back for me. I didn’t feel the typical pressure one feels at dealerships. The manager Ryan and all of his staff were friendly and professional.

I went to Dueck for an Amazon gift card promo by test driving a Chevy EV. I was a bit skeptical with a lot of reviews written by reviewers with less than several reviews, but I received a gift card after several days as promised.
I told my salesperson Dion that I was there only for the promo, he was still pleasant to talk to regardless, and explained to me the features of Blazer. I liked that there was no sales pressure at all.
Dueck is the largest dealership I've been to, there are a lot of cars to look at in their showroom without worrying about the weather.
