Privacy breach - We got a prepaid number and we weren't told that these numbers are recycled. We received constant calls and messages from India during the day, in the middle of the night and at 5 in the morning. We went back to the location and the reps there were reluctant to help us. They didn't even apologize. Had a very bad experience and I've been a koodo customer for over 10 years.

I have been a Koodo customer for roughly about a yearBeing a newcomer to BC I have previously used plans from many other providers like Fido and Freedom but the exceptional support and service provided by the team at this store is really worth mentioning. Their patience in explaining the contract details and what we are signing up for is something I have not seen at any other stores so if you are a newcomer looking to get on a reliable phone connection with peace of mind I would highly suggest to reach out to them
