Bad service, the girl did not understand what I needed and told me to call icbc. I had to take the call outside of the office since she did not want us to be there. Then after a long waiting they told me the procedure must be done at an office.

I went back since the service was outstanding the first time but this time around everything got unnecessarily complicated. I was mostly disappointed I didn’t get to benefit from a clerk as knowledgeable as my first experience.

Alrighty now! I can only say great things about this place! I came in with ten minutes until closing and they still helped me even though I was frazzled and slow. The whole time with a pleasant demeanor and helpful attitude! If you need your insurance needs met go here for sure!!!

One of the best insurance companies by far. I've used dozens in the past, some try to upsell you more coverage. These guys keep it honest, are polite and quick. I don't go anywhere else for 4 of my vehicles.
