The staff were so nice!!!!! I had holes in my shoes and had an hour before I had to head to the airport. Realizing the only shoe store nearby was a streetwear / sneakerhead store was sth I found so intimidating lol but they so patiently helped me find my new shoes and I love them!

Unhelpful, unfriendly store staff. I don't know if they think they are being counter culture or something, but if you're spending $1000+ on a pair of shoes and hoodie I've got news for you...

Hello,
I called in the store to ask a simple question, if they had a specific shoe in a specific size. I gave the associate the FULL product name, and ever gave him the product number. After that, I was left on hold for over 10 min so I hung up. This is my very first time calling this store and first impression, I am already disappointed. And to add, the associate didn’t even give a proper greeting, I was the one that said hello first…..

Missing order and no response. I placed an order on June 19. Fedex tracking shows item never left warehouse and stuck on "label created" since June 20. Contacted them on June 24 telling them package did not move. No follow up from them. Finally called again on June 27, they decided to refund me. Until now, no idea what happened.

Called three times to ask if I could try on a Livestock hoodie first to see if it fits because it was on final sale. (Haven does this for me all the time - they’re great.) Thrice, I was told by the person who picked up that they were going to deliver the hoodie to their Chinatown branch and get back to me. There never seemed to be a record of my prior calls/requests, even though I was told they would call me back asap. Seems there are quite a few one star ratings for poor customer service already. I would agree with those one star ratings whole heartedly. Probably best that I didn’t buy that Livestock hoodie - it’s probably of poor quality, much like their customer service.

Ordered a pair of shoes for in-store pickup. They were available quicker than expected (next day) and the pickup was quick and easy. The shoes went on sale a week after so I contacted customer service to see if they had price protection. Yup! Woke up next day to see the difference already refunded to my account. So no complaints at all - the experience was awesome.

The discounts and deals here are honestly pretty solid compared to a lot of the other retailers that I’ve visited. I’m also pretty surprised at the different releases that they sell here, collabs that would otherwise be pretty hard to get elsewhere.

They have such a great selection of obscure colorways, I am always ready to buy something when I go to their sale section. Also great customer service via email or in store.

You get better customer service / care when you go to footlocker. I’ve been a Livestock customer since 2009 or so. Used to skip school to go look at shoes in their gastown location.Now you walk into their store and feel like a disease.Saw a pair I wanted online so I went into the store to try them on. The girl acted like she didn’t even see me entering the store. I brought the shoe to her and asked for a size. After bringing them out she didn’t help or say another word. Took me 20 mins to try these shoes on since the laces were so tight. If she had helped me with the second shoe (like any other shoe store trying to make a sale would) it would have taken half the time. After clearly taking a while with the laces and trying on the shoes, I loved them and wanted to buy them. But out of principle from how trash their service is I’ll never spend another dollar there.You guys suck. And your regular clients that you do talk to all dress like they wish they were in Kanye’s entourage circa 2007. Enjoy them cause the real ones see right through you.

Dropped by on Sunday evening. No greeting when my friends and I walked in, no greeting when I walked by them and made eye contact. Instead, I was the one to ask them how they were doing LOL. All three of the employees were on + stayed on their phone, chilling behind the counter. As I left, I said thank you and have a nice day. Nobody responded and the Asian guy just kinda stared? glared? at me. Afterwards, my friends and I laughed about how ironic it was that I, the customer, was pretty much showing customer service to the employees in their own store.
