I went with my daughter today, Angelica was very helpful. She thoroughly listened to our concerns and gave product recommendations and samples. Very professional, warm and she made our experience, visit to this location so wonderful. Definitely recommend and will shop here.

I was there last Sunday morning looking for a moisturizing primer under makeup that wasn't too creamy but lasted long on my skin. The lady that was there spent a lot of time with me, guiding me through the various lines and helping me try out various products. At the end, I found the products (Source Réotier and Immortelle) that I liked and they have made my skin look and feel good under makeup! That lady was superb- I wish I took down her name! Thank you

I went to pick up an online order today and not only did they check that everything was picked and accounted for, but they provided additional product samples and gave thorough explanations of them.
Staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. Looking forward to another in-store shopping experience here soon.

Came to this store March 12th, 2024 just after 3:40pm to pick up an online order, valued at about $87. Three other customers were inside -- two of them were making a large order with lots of mini bags, so I stood behind them patiently waiting for the staff to acknowledge me. For some reason, the two employees (Angelica and another tall brunette) actively avoided eye contact with me, and I know this because I was looking in their direction for a lot of this time while they were packing the other orders up. Strangely, while they packed the other customers' items up, their gaze was fixated straight at these customers and made delightful small talk (about the employee's name, etc) with them, purposefully not acknowledging me. If they did, we would have made eye contact -- and would have exchanged a "hi" much sooner. They even hugged one of the customers, so I guess they're friends or regular customers. All this time, they took their time and did not seem to have any urgency to their pace at all. Finally, just about 30 seconds before these customers left, they said "hi".Angelica continued to deny that she and the other employee did not acknowledge me for the first 10 minutes I was waiting in the store in front of their faces, and kept saying "one person at a time". Yes! Of course I understand that -- that's why I waited patiently for the first 10 minutes.The reason for my complaint is this: her main excuse is that she thought (assumed) that I was shopping together with the other Asian customer in the store.WOW.She reiterated this over and over again, that she really did think we were shopping together, and that she would have helped me sooner "if she knew" I was only picking an online order up and if she knew we weren't together. What?? What kind of excuse is this? Then why didn't you ask me? It makes absolutely no sense, and is only a clear example of racism. First of all - we entered the store at completely different times (the other girl was there likely way before me), and secondly, we never even talked to or even looked at each other at all -- so WHY would you assume we're shopping together, other than racism?? At the very least, it's a nonsensical excuse.Yes. I obviously saw that you were preoccupied with those preceeding customers. I shouldn't need to tell you, but basic-level customer service is to say "hi" from a distance as someone walks through the door -- even if you're super busy. That did not happen. Instead, both of you consistently avoided eye contact with me for the first 10 mins I was in the store waiting in front of you at the counter. And to continuously make excuses that "if you had known the other girl and I weren't shopping together, then you would have gotten my online order"?? Then why didn't you just ask me, and not just continue to avoid eye contact? She could sense that I started getting upset, so she started talking over me and getting defensive when I started asking why she would assume the only other Asian girl in the store and I would be shopping together. Just speechless. Wow.Inappropriate customer service. Please review these principles and treat all customers equally -- no matter their appearance.

Miranda has provided great service! She was nice, helpful and easily suggested relevant products in response to my needs. She also found a solution when it turned out the product I liked wasn't currently available in the store (I prepaid and will get a call within the next week when the product is back in store).
