Was installing a light fixture for my daughter that she bought at a repurpose store with a missing bracket . Stopped at Luminosa to see if they sold any brackets . I was pleasantly surprised that Donna came to the rescue scrummaging through a drawer of parts to find exactly what I needed and gave it to me gratuitous . The service was exceptional . Thank you

Luminosa has always been my go to, one stop shop for my lighting needs. I recently renovated my house and their team was able to supply all the latest and greatest in designer lighting and styles.Their ownership made me feel very comfortable with my purchases, they went above and beyond to get the product delivered on a tight schedule. I would highly recommend Luminosa over any other lighting store in the city.

I went to Luminosa with a hanging light that I bought at a prop sale. It had a weird bracket on it that I wanted to remove and I needed a bulb that would be the right size and shape so I stopped in for help. When I walked in I was greeted by Donna who was so friendly and fun. She saw my light and told me what I had found. She taught me how to remove the bracket myself and then we picked the perfect bulb together. Hanging out and learning from Donna totally made my whole day. Whenever I need anything lighting related I will absolutely head back to Luminosa. Thanks again Donna!

Second time I purchased from this store. 1st experience in 2017, spent over 3,000. Service was great. My purchase today? Worst customer service ever. Purchased a 1400.00 chandelier off the floor and to give the sales rep time to pack it up I said I would return later in the day to pick it up. But they “ran out of boxes” so they packaged it up in an old Amazon box and a plastic bag!! Then told me repeatedly to lay a towel down when I unpack it…great. Parts were rolling out of the plastic bag just laying the bag down in the trunk. They gave the impression that they could have cared less if I shopped there or not, so in the future I won’t.
