Thanks so much, David! I cannot wait until we get our couch. I honestly can’t say enough nice things. You were so helpful but never pushy and you gave us space. There was no pressure at all. Answered all my questions. Was honest. And a great sense of humor to boot! This is my very first brand new couch ever and I was a little nervous but everything went smoothly. And I was able to make my mind up and pick a colour in a record amount of time for someone who can never make up her mind! ? I also love that we’re supporting a small business and that it’s Canadian. Thanks to everyone who left a review because that was the deciding factor in us going to Novo Furniture. So happy we did. We’ll let you know when our groovy couch arrives! ?? Thanks again!

David at Novo Furniture is an absolute gem of a human. We bought three couches here recently and are so happy with all of them. Delivery was smooth and easy. Give yourself lots of time between ordering and delivering but I promise it’s worth it. Lovely to have such an easy and friendly process - and supporting local businesses is so important. 10/10!

I also appreciate your partnership with locally crafted Van Gogh - it was great to go to their warehouse and sit on their furniture and see all the fabrics. I will enjoyed this couch forever!

Ethical and trustworthy. We had a MAJOR problem, but the owner, David Bond, handled it calmly, and ethically. We purchased an 8 foot long custom sofa, and in spite of lengthy advanced measuring, the moving company could NOT get it through our condo lobby door. Eventually, we paid DIFFERENT movers $600 to use ropes to lift it up to our balcony. Before they did so, they easily figured out how to get it through the SAME door! David generously refunded our $600 without us even asking. Recommended!

After a year we’re still very happy with our sofa bought from Novo! It is so comfy that I always fall asleep on the couch while watching TV.We appreciate David extending the opening hours for us as we couldn't come to the store earlier because of our job nature. David understands our needs and he gave cool recommendations on the fabric choice. We also liked how we could decide on a lot of details for our couch. Greatly recommend this business!

I'm thrilled about my purchase! David was extra patient (I spent two hours in the store deciding on style, size and fabric), flexible (he held my couch for a few weeks as I was on vacation when it was ready to deliver), and also thrives to offer good prices. All in all a delightful experience. Thank you David, I love my new couch! <3

If you're looking for some great sofas go see Dave at Novo Furniture!! He's one of the best guys around in the business. He's professional, helpful, courteous and most supportive. It's so much better when you can support a local store owner than the big box stores. Dave makes it worth the while. You will get the best service and the best price! The quality of the sofas are impeccable.

I purchased a sofa from David at Novo. It looks great and is perfect for my space, however, after receiving it I discovered a defect. I reported the issue to David and was blown away by his exemplary customer service. He listened to my concerns and explained clearly the processes we would take to identify and resolve the issue. After it became clear that the sofa may need a repair, he communicated with the manufacturer and assisted with the claims process. I am now happy to say that the sofa has been returned in great shape. Following the other reviews, I feel like a broken record but cannot say enough how impressed I was with his customer service. He was knowledgeable, patient and genuinely concerned with customer satisfaction. Next time I am in the market for a sofa, Novo will be my first stop!

The 5-star reviews are completely deserved and I would like to add another! David's customer service is outstanding and he clearly cares about customer satisfaction. He is very easy to talk to, responsive, and stuck with us to find a satisfying solution when the manufacturer made a small error on our order. I would 100% come back here again.

We recently purchased the Apollo Sectional, and are absolutely over the moon with the quality. Dave provided amazing service, yet there was zero pressure. We had brought our youngest with us on a rainy day, and Dave graciously opened a treasure full of toys to keep her occupied, while we perused the furniture. I was looking for something that could better support my back. Dave recommended finding a couch with medium firmness and 4 inch legs. Lo and behold, my back is loving this sectional! The item was delivered 1-2 weeks ahead of schedule, which was a great gift right before Xmas. Truly happy that we went with Novo Furniture! Cheers.
