Not good for business banking. Had a lot of issues/mistakes being made by their staff. Money being deposited into wrong accounts etc. Manager also is not helpful. I would avoid this branch.

Went in for some help for Ftha and the staff were very unhelpful. As a customer for 11 years it’s maybe the worst customer service I have ever received. Will be looking to change my banking straight away. The young guy who was helping me asked the manager he didn’t event acknowledge me.

Henry Louie has absolutely zero customer service skills. When we had a question for him, he raised his voice at us, and was rude and curt. This is not a one time occurrence; I have had similar negative interactions with this individual. He represents TD Bank poorly.

Today this branch went above and beyond. I took my daughter here to deposit her birthday money and when the teller counted it out it was $50 less than what she pre-counted. She wasn’t very organized and figured maybe she counted wrong she also forgot to bring a cheque and was very upset and we left. The branch called me back 5 minutes later to say he had found the $50 bill on the ground after we left! So glad to see honest, caring, helpful employees at this branch. It was our first time at this location and will surely be back! Thank you again you made our day-Jaida + Krista

One of the worst banks that I have ever dealt with in my life! The bank doesn’t seem to have a bank manager on site. WhT can I say when there is not a zoo keeper to manage all the animals. My experience was that these individuals were self managing. What a zoo. Completely unorganized. Full of attitude and lacked helpfulness. I am unsure why Td has moved to this type of model, I guess to save money. These younger kids think that they are empowered by being left alone! It’s the complete opposite. They are destroying any business culture within their brand at specific locations. I will never go to that branch again!

Joshua and Karim are the best. This branch has the best staff anywhere. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They do their best to make you a satisfied customer. The front teller,Ryan, was so knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you ?

These tellers are so nice, I wouldn't be surprised if they were all recruited from BMO. No seriously, nicest TD tellers ever. As for the bank itself, it's always awash in sunlight (well, I'm sure it has less sunlight at night, but I've never been there at night so I couldn't tell you), giving it a warm glow that makes one feel less like they are doing some banking and more like they are at the beach doing some banking. Nice bank! My main branch! Swell!

This TD is outrageously bad. I went in to send a wire transfer and they were unable to send it for reasons unknown. The manager Natasha Wong had nothing but excuses saying she needed more information but did not know what info she needed!? My husband sends wires all the time with no issues or questions and I attribute this treatment to pure SEXISM which is so ironic since they had "gender equality" videos playing on repeat while I waited for over an hour for NO wire transfer. How am I supposed to function as a female in the business world when I cant meet a deadline to send a wire transfer for my investment!? How is asking me probing suspicious questions about my transfer and leaving me with no service an example of "gender equality"!?

They have insecure reps in full of envy like Aaron Goff. Went to this place with a relative to apply for car loan some years ago after having initial email correspondence ( sending documents etc) with this rep.He first tried to play i am busy BS and made us wait in the front lobby for 15 minutes when there is no body in his office. We then entered the room but nothing had changed. He was just jealous after seeing my account and started playing games not to process my application. We both noticed his insecure behavior but did not confront with him. Very unprofessional. I do not know why someone would work for a bank if he is unhappy about his personal income and jealous with others.
