Best place ever. I was hesitant about going there because I thought there would be homeless people around the area. There was none there. I am really happy with the staff. They took care of my car for me as soon as I got there. When I walked in with my girlfriend, all of the staff were all smiles! We got complementary drinks there as well. We stayed for a few nights and at any point that we needed something the staff were there to help. They kept my car in good condition. I did notice that when we left after our stay that the seat settings were changed. It looked like someone took the car for a joy ride. I was not too happy about that but at least they had a fun time

I have both stayed here and have attended quite a few events here, both are excellent. I do love their boutique restaurant and it's lovely decor. The photos are Feast of Fortune Fundraising Gala which happens around Chinese New Year each year. Also photos from Cream De La Cream Wedding Show which is at the beginning of Jan each year.
Rooms: Nice and clean, but my nose was dry after a night of sleeping.
Nearby activities: It's right by Stanley Park so plenty to see and do. Lots of great restaurants hereby.

The amenities in the hotel was very nice and enjoyable w your friends. Everything was there so we did not have to leave hotel. I had so much fun with huge pool and sauna. It was 8ft deep as well. It is amazing place if we want to enjoy all day in the hotel.

Our families stay at this hotel was top-notch! The rooms were exceptional clean, the food was amazing, the pool was phenomenal, and the staff were extremely gracious! Much thanks to the Westin Staff for making our vacation stay here so special!
You can feel good about spending your money here!

Really bad customer service. Restaurant broke leg physically broke off causing a back injury with our group. No one really did anything to help. Wouldn’t recommend the restaurant at all or staying at the

Rooms so old and dated .. they rival best western in terms of quality .. super over priced for what you get :(

Room was clean and service was great! The location is a little bit of a pain to get to if you don’t drive and need to take transit! Would 100% stay here again.

When you walk into the hotel, you automatically feel relaxed. Free snacks were given out, and the outdoor pool was amazing. The location is prime, plus there’s free bike rentals so you can ride through Stanley Park!
