I started coming to Westside a year ago with zero experience of Crossfit and needing lots of work on my body due to a sedentary lifestyle. Jenika guided me through a lifestyle transformation in the past year with her advice on training, nutrition, posture, therapy and more. Jenika is an empathetic coach who goes out of her way to help her clients lead a healthy life. Her group classes push you just enough while having fun. I can’t imagine life without Crossfit now, thank you Jenika!
PS: Seeing my transformation, my partner joined Westside as well and is a regular now.

For someone who thought they’ll never enjoy CrossFit, I am having way too much fun at Westside - all thanks to the coaches and the awesome community of people I work out with at this facility. I go for group classes, and given the small- medium sized batches I always feel satisfied with the level of personal attention from the coaches. If you’re someone who is just starting their journey with CrossFit or have never tried it before - highly recommend Westside training.

I’ve been going to group workouts several times a week and have seen steady improvement in strength, skill and mental wellbeing. Jenika and her coaches really know how to challenge people while making sure we learn good technique and avoid injury. The gym itself is spacious and class sizes are never too big—great option if you want to work out in a group but still have one-on-one attention from someone who is genuinely invested in your progress. Couldn’t recommend more!

It sounds cheesy, but Westside really IS a community! If you want to workout amongst fun, happy, like minded people, Westside is the place to be. Coach Jenika is a badass coach who is patient and encouraging and she will take your athletic abilities to places you never thought you would get to!

I’ve been training both with and without a trainer for the past 6-7 years and joined Westside after moving to Vancouver in December. I can honestly say Jenika is one of the best trainers I’ve ever had! Personalized goals that move with me and my life changes. I’ve been with her about 6 weeks and noticing a change in my overall strength and body composition - it’s been amazing. She helps with nutrition, is there just as much as I’m comfortable with. I cannot say enough about this space, Jenika and the training! Love!

Westside is amazing! Coach Jenika is so knowledgeable, and really pays attention to each athlete. The coaches are all great at creating a welcoming environment while pushing people to do their best. If you're looking for a great place to workout, I'd recommend giving Westside a shot!

Westside Training was the last gym that I visited when I moved into the area, and it definitely was best for last! After seeing the facility and meeting coach Jenika I knew that this was the gym for me. Not only was it COVID-19 safe but Jenika also had such a warm presence, with years of experience. I joined into classes right away and was so warmly welcomed by all the members, no matter what class time I attended. All the coaches are very knowledgeable, and have the ability to modify movements if needed.After a couple of months of training at Westside, I spoke to Jenika about my goals, and she suggested I do the individualized programming, best decision I have made! Every week the programming was slightly varied but got me closer to reaching my fitness goals. Not only did Jenika focus on my fitness and movements but she also helped me with my nutrition, which has been a game-changer for my performance. I came out of 6 months individualized programming achieving many of my goals but also a more well-rounded athlete.Jenika has created a safe, fun space , with an amazing community of people. I would highly recommend this gym for anyone looking for a functional training facility.

Cannot recommend CrossFit Westside enough! I've been a member of this amazing community for 3+ years and have seen SO much improvement in my fitness and performance. The gym is efficiently run, the community is friendly and welcoming and the coaches are extremely knowledgeable.

I am so grateful to Crossfit Westside for helping me have such a positive pregnancy. I'm now 37 weeks and have been able to continue classes this whole time. The coaches show me modifications so that I can listen to my body and scale it to what my body's needs. Continuing exercise during my pregnancy helps me feel fit, strong and happy. Next step - Crossfit mums!

I have been training with the owner for over a year and I can't say enough good things. Friendly atmosphere and very efficient way to safely get in awesome shape!
