We frequent numerous pet stores and Pets West helped facilitate the adoption of a kitten. Rhiannon, was the contact and made the entire process easy and delightful. She even went the extra mile to help with some lost paperwork. Highly recommend.

I've been coming to Pets West for over 20 years. They're consistent, helpful, and friendly. I haven't met the new owner or experienced any of the negative changes others have mentioned. I'm always happy and so are my pets!
