Jeff the pharmacist was great today. He went out of his way to correct poor instructions from our Doctor . Real pleasure to work with.

Terrible pharmacy service:
- After getting my prescription faxed over by my doctor, the pharmacy is adamant that they've never recieved any faxes.
- Employee on the phone says no problem, they'll fax my doctor and they'll get an emergency refill filled by the end of the day.
- I call the next morning, and they never even processed a refill request, and did not fax my doctor. They have no record of me even calling.
- I get my doctor to refax the prescription, and the pharmacy say they will have it filled by the end of the day.
- 2 days later, I come into the pharmacy and find out that it was never filled.
The relief pharmacist in store on 07/27 was super understanding, patient, and efficient. He managed to expedite my refill and get this situation fixed extremely quickly. I can't thank him enough for that.
However, the core experience with the permanent staff here is concerningly bad. I'd go literally anywhere else.

The pharmacy is absolutely useless, was told on 3 occasions that a prescription is filled and when we got there they never filled it and didn’t file it properly.

Asked to use the washroom. One staff member was just saying where it was... When the other interjected saying they didn't have one.Will remember that for all future purchases.... Thanks.

Staff was extremely rude. I walked in at 5:40 pm on Sunday (still 20 minutes before they closed). I knew exactly what I was looking for (wasn’t shopping around). Upon asking the girl at closing (teel t-shirt, no name tag, petite build with dark long hair) if she had long medical socks, she looked me straight in the eye and shouted out to he rest of the store that they’re closing and only have one till open. Then exclaimed “omg everyone shows up right when we’re closing that’s hilarious!”. Everyone heard her. Never answered my question and I was so put off by her attitude that I’ll never be coming back here again. Awful experience.

Both Geoff and Achmed are extremely pleasant and courteous their ability to give shots is incredible they have to tell it’s done you don’t feel a thing.

Pretty good place to shop. The staff are nice watch you like a hawk tho! Location is very neat and tidy, tills aren't overloaded with junk, lots of sales. Make sure you activate your offers though its important for the deals. I get hair dye on sale constantly as well as cleaning supplies.
