I would like to recommend Fuka, who works here. Last Saturday, I went to buy a shirt for my son, and Fuka, who works here, was very friendly. She compared the online price with the offline price, matched the price, and explained it kindly.

Terrible customer service, one of the employees was extremely rude (Park Royal) so I decided to immediately leave the store and determined to never return to shop there again.

The service is extraordinary at GAP Park Royal. I had placed orders online and some of the items did not fit. I went to the store on two occasions to return items from separate orders and find the correct sizes.
The staff were so helpful both with returns and with finding perfect replacements. Thank you so much to Tia, Jovit and Sandra - because of you I will do a lot more shopping in-person in the future!

Karen was awesome. This place needs a sitting area however. There’s plenty of space especially since they closed the mall entrance. Be consistent on who you tell to get off the furniture.

I visited the Park Royal location about 20 minutes before closing. At which point, I wanted to try on an item. The store clerk told me that the fitting rooms were closed so that they can finish cleaning the space before closing and that is their policy. They also suggested that I buy the item and come back for return if needed (which was the most ridiculous part).. I came out and just to test my judgement, called two other Gap locations and they confirmed that they close the fitting rooms at the same time they close the store and no such policy exists. I am very disappointed at the way that the Gap Park Royal is running their business and how their portraying the brand..
