Bought this coat from Plenty West Van in Jan before our cold front. I’d been looking for a longer down jacket that was water resistant and this was it. It’s their own brand PGD. I wore it all of 4 times during our cold days and found the pocket had a huge hole. I reached out to the Robson store and spoke with the manager. She was great, did what she could. Unfortunately the company doesn’t stand behind their brand and it will be my last purchase. It’s disappointing that a local company doesn’t provide such service.

I went in today desperately needing help to get something for an upcoming interview. The store manager took me around the store, and helped me the whole time. She was so generous with her time, and I left feeling happy and confident. So much appreciation, and endless thanks.

Dec 22nd noon. Crummy customer service experience. 3 people working. No welcome or hello. I found a jacket I liked and asked the sales person curly, dark Blonde, glasses if it was on sale. She said yes but still doing mark downs and will get to it. I waited around but she just kept doing what she was doing. Second nice sales person approached me later with black hair, asked if I needed help with anything. I told her I would like to know the price of the jacket, so she went to check and the first sales person said she wasn't there yet and to wait again. I waited around long enough and was annoyed at that point by her tone. I went to Eddie Bauer instead and their team is amazing, everyone greeted me, asked if I needed anything and helped me find a gift for my son and some cozy pants for myself. I get it, it is a busy time but it would have taken you less than a minute to check the price on your price list...?.

Started shopping here about a year ago or so. Often we see Mark working there, he has remembered our names the last few times and is always very friendly and helpful. Always have a good experience shopping here. :)

I've been to other Plenty stores and I usually have a very pleasant experience. Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience at this location with a young sales associate with her dark brown hair in a bun and she looked of mixed ethnicity.I was "helped" by this very unfriendly sales associate who looked annoyed with us when we asked to pick up an item we put on hold and wanted to do an exchange. She made us feel unwanted and like we were a huge bother to her.
