This is the worst UPS store I dealt with. They don't even worth one star.
They rejected the packages I generated shipping labels and to be picked up from store twice, without even trying to reach receiver nor sender.

I went to a UPS store today to print a color page for my daughter’s project. The owner was extremely rude and charged me $12 for just one page. When I asked about the price, he said it’s $1.99 per page but claimed he arranged my photos on the page, which is why he charged more. He ended up charging me way more than the actual cost for the service. I’ve heard before that UPS stores often overcharge customers under the pretense of providing extra services, and today, I experienced this firsthand. Be sure to check the price you’re being charged to avoid being overcharged.

I don't know where to start with this store and UPS. I took them a family heirloom to ship out east, and had them pack it to make sure it arrived safe. The packing and shipping alone were over $1000, and items value was around $4500. It arrived at the local UPS depot shattered and in pieces, the manager there said that it hadn't been packed properly. I did have some other boxes arrive in the same shipments, and one held paintings and the frames were badly damaged - I didn't even bother trying to process this damage. This was almost 9 months ago in November 2023, and after repeated emails my claim has STILL not been processed by the shipper and/or UPS - so I am out a lot of money. I am going to see if my lawyer can help with this, but my advice - don't use this store.
Adding an update Aug ‘24: I was back in Vancouver and dropped but the store, got the same run around from the owner. So I am out packing fees, shopping fees (expensive as the table was heavy) and the value of the table itself.

MASOUD is the worse. This guy wanted to charge me for stapling my package which is his responsibility. He charged me to print the label which on the website was saying no charge for it. He didn’t touch my package and asked me to do it! This store is the worse! I asked who is your manager so I can talk to and he said I’m the manager! I said who is the head manager he again said I’m my manager. I told him I work in retail and you have to be more polite with customers and he said well this is it! I have never seen anyone as rude as MASOUD !

If I could give this store 0 star I would have. If I didn't have to use UPS service I would have never went to this store. He wants to charge for every little things. I asked to to seal my small box and he was telling me to buy tape. I had to walk in snow all the way to Canada post and they happily did it for me or free. Don't go here if you don't have to.

I never recommend? I went there just for print a label, I sent by email and he printed. He charged me around $5 just for a label. I thought my return was for Canada post and I went there. I bought a pocket and stick the label on package. The Canada post employee said it's for ups and I went back to UPS again. I dropped off my package and he got my package but he didn't give me any recipe or tracking number. Now after 10 days I realized the lable that he gave to me was wrong labe. I went there but the older guy said they are not in charge for this. I told him exactly day and time and I asked him for checking the camera but he said "NO". So I lost my package because of their mistakes and I called customer service but no one care. I have no idea because that was their mistakes. If the owner check camera they can see I'm not lying but he doesn't care about customer.

The older man there who took my package was very unpleasant to deal with. Didn't touch the package I dropped off at all, just bossed me around telling me where to put it before he would give my my receipt. Will never go back.

The franchise owner, Masoud, is a customer service disaster. He charges for every little thing, from tape to printing a label, and even a pen to write with. He is confrontational and thinks his existence is far more important than urs. If you ask a question, he just frowns at you. Masoud needs to go on vacation and let a friendly young person run the place. He sees store customers as nothing more than 2 legged wallets. The store atmosphere is unbearable. I’d rather drive 10 min to North Van than bare the pain of dealing w Masoud, that rude arrogant useless dude….

Went to this store to return a damaged Delivry that was left at my door without a signature by UPS.The agent at this store was extremely unhelpful and not knowledgeable about tracking and returns .After waiting 15 minutes we left with a bulky package that’s now sitting in my garage.Noticed 2 other unsatisfied customers who came in after us .
