Summit Sport provides excellent customer service and great bike and ski services in Whistler. The staff are extremely caring, knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and patient. They are focused on finding solutions and are great bike mechanics. Their summer bike services are highly recommended. They offer ski equipment rental, including demo skis and boots, with brand-new gear available. The staff goes above and beyond, especially when fitting ski boots. They are known for matching prices and providing a smooth, enjoyable rental process. The experience is outstanding, with top-quality gear and service that saves trips and vacations. They cannot be thanked enough and come highly recommended for any visitor.

We rented bikes a few times in Whistler during our trip but we had by far the best customer service experience from Summit. Extremely caring, knowledge and helpful staff especially Tyler and Phoebe who helped us out.
