There’s space for 6 tellers but usually there is only 3 and the wait times are long.. I finally gave up after waiting 15 minutes in line.

Was the only TD atm I could use when bank not open. Now it's only open during branch hours. What's the point, what a joke. I need to use and now I have no options to deposit my money. So disappointed

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this TD Bank branch, and it was primarily due to the poor attitude and unprofessionalism of the manager, Anu. From the moment I walked in, Anu was condescending and dismissive. She made me feel like an inconvenience rather than a valued customer.
When I approached her with a simple query about my account, she was not only unhelpful but also acted as if I was wasting her time. Instead of providing clear and useful information, she gave vague answers and seemed irritated by my questions. Her tone was consistently patronizing, and she appeared to lack basic customer service skills.
It's disheartening to encounter such a lack of respect and professionalism, especially from someone in a managerial position. I expect better from TD Bank, and I hope they address this issue promptly. Until then, I will be taking my banking elsewhere and advising others to do the same.
Avoid this branch if you can—at least until there is a change in management.

The main reason I signed up with TD was to be able to go to the bank later at night and even just maybe use an ATM which is impossible now as all locations are closed early. I will not change this review until this is fixed

Had an appointment with Emma Liu today, she was rude and unprofessional. Been with TD for about 6 years and they’ve been alright though.

We are new to the area and have visited this branch a number of times. Each visit has allowed us to interact with a different teller, manager, or other staff member. Everyone always greets us, smiles, and makes us feel that they truly want to assist us. We never feel hurried, and each staff member has taken the time to ensure that we have everything that we need. There is a level of enthusiasm with the tellers that we find refreshing. We will continue to use this branch. Thanks for your level of care, with special thanks to Jane, Gerry, and Arjun, who have all served us at the front counter, and an extra big “thank you” to Jyoti, who helped us on the Web Broker side of things today. Jyoti’s patience, kindness, and communication skills made our task easy - we will certainly want her support again!

I can't understand why a pre-approval for a mortgage can take more than 2 weeks after submitting all documentation when other brokers take 24/48 hours. I never heard back from this branch, I could have save this time to look somewhere else. Dissapointing.

I love coming to this branch for my appointments with my advisor Jyoti.Even though it's not the closest branch to me the way she treats me is worth the travel.She's very knowledgeable and she goes above and beyond to make sure my banking needs are met.I really feel at ease with my financial and banking needs with her.Thank you so much Jyoti

Came to my 11am appointment in the middle of my work day and came 5 minutes early was kept waiting until 11:20am and couldn’t wait any longer. From previous reviews seems like a 15-30 minute wait for your appointment is normal for this branch. Wish I read them sooner. Not coming back again.

Absolutely brutal. I'm a 30-year TD customer and I can't get anything done at this branch. Also they closed access to ATM's outside of their already limited banking hours. Just a mess. This used to be such a good branch before all the mass immigration, and now you can't find a white person anywhere. Total takeover.

TD Bank's service is the best?Every employee is smiling and polite?He helps me solve the problem seriously and responsibly?Making me feel comfortable and at ease?I went to TD Bank around nine o'clock this morning. There is no Chinese service at the front desk??My poor English expression brings them a lot of trouble?The beautiful girl is always smiling?Specially patient, attentive and professional service?

One of the big six banks in Canada, pay minimal to no interest on savings accounts. Will probably always be profitable so your savings are safe
