Cool spot for a Box Lacrosse tournament. Not well ventilated, tho, so the body odor of players adds up. They do have a small bar. Restaurants in the area are slim choices and most closed early (9pm on a Saturday).

Sound systems are so awful and loud that when a class is going on it's extremely disruptive to the rest of the gym. The distortion and yelling overpowers even ear blocking headphones.

Great place for a very diverse set of activities! Sadly I do not go there often enough to justify having a membership do to my job. However I would highly recommend people go here. They have great communication and an amazing staff 10000:10!
