They use doordash for delivery now, so expect your food to be late and cold.

staff in this place are not great. they must have thier own job because some walked back and forth doing nothing instead of helping me, seeing me waiting in line. when i finally got someone's attention to help me, i felt like he was doing me a favor. I got my food but that's about it. No "thank you", no "have a good day", etc, so i won't tip anyone here. curbside pick up did not work for me, app told me to call restaurant so i just walked in after waiting in parking lot for 10 min.

THEY PICK UP THE PHONE and they have personal pan pizza unlike the Rosemead one.They obviously care to take down your order and ensure the accuracy -- something I appreciate!

Ordered and paid through Apple Pay online The delivery guy told my wife it wasn't and took cash Checked acct and I have a charge from them. Called and still waiting on manager to call back

First time trying the pizza hut 'the big new york' pizza. Very lacking in pepperoni, pizza ? was on the greasy side. Cheese felt artificial too. I wished I just got my regular 2 middle pizza with 2-3toppings would have been better. My son still like it because it's pizza.

Ordered a NY Pizza SUPERBOWL evening. did NOT care about the 60-71min wait because i understood. When the pizza arrived i received a large cheese pizza and was CHARGED for the NY Pizza. WTF! The pizza is ADVERTISED as a LARGE PEPPERONI Pizza!?
