I did a printing job and I was amazed at the turnaround time. The staff were so polite and helpful. I would definitely go back for my printing requirements. They also do other things like shipping , fingerprinting and notary.

I recently visited my local UPS Store #0612 located at 27068 La Paz Rd in Aliso Viejo, CA for packaging and shipping, and I was extremely impressed with the service. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient, making the process quick and hassle-free.

First of all the store is really clean and organized. The workers here are absolutely amazing and make me come to this location and do all my shipping (personal and business) with ups only. Ryan and Ellen at 27068 La Paz Rd location are absolutely crucial assets to UPS!

Stopped at this location to ship via UPS 2-day priority service. My recipient required a UPS medium size shipment box for which I was told they do not have or provide at the UPS store. In addition, no one was helpful enough to offer how I can find such an elusive shipping box. I expected too much of a “UPS” independent store to actually have official UPS shipping supplies on hand. Drove to the UPS store at Aliso Creek and they had what I needed, to include UPS shipping supplies and most importantly, customer service.

I have been to other stores in the area and this is the best one! The customer service was excellent! Bobby and Kian are friendly and were outstanding with assisting me with my shipping needs. The general manager is also very friendly. I highly recommend this store for all your shipping needs!
