If I could give ten stars, I would! My daughter's 30th birthday is on January 1; we celebrated on December 31, 2022, at the Sutter Hotel. I had many conversations with Ingrid before my daughter's birthday and fell in love with her sweetness and reviews online. The cake was so moist and not too sweet! We shared a piece with the lovely waiter, and the party next to us was asking about the cake, so we shared a piece with them too and shared Ingrid's information about elegant cakes. I highly recommend using Ingrid Cakes; she is very talented. Thank you, darling Ingird.

Amazing, delicious, beautiful, tasty, stunning... What else can be said? She made our wedding cake and we could not be happier! We got so many compliments from our guests about how wonderful the cake was.Even outside of the cake she was a real pleasure to work with! So polite and very accommodating to any requests we had. I would highly recommend using her services if you need a cake or other small desserts.

The cake looked beautiful! We hired Ingrid to do our wedding cake. When we tasted the cakes I liked so many I went for multiple flavors. The display cake was chocolate with vanilla bean and raspberry filling. Half of the cupcakes were chocolate with nutella topping and half were vanilla with strawberry topping. The strawberry topping wowed me because I usually don't like strawberry flavoring, but I loved hers! I was happy with the presentation and flavors, plus Ingrid is so nice!

Cannot say enough good things! Fast response, great customer service and AMAZING cake! Last minute order for a birthday party and she was so accommodating and very good communication! Did a chocolate overload cake, chocolate on chocolate with more chocolate! Highly recommend! It wasn't too sweet, not too rich, but perfect. Everyone loved it and kept asking where it was from.

Ingrid made THREE different flavors of cake for my wedding in 2000. All of them were delicious but she really excelled with the centerpiece main cake. I knew just what I wanted and was extremely particular in my description. She made exactly what I described...dense, dark chocolate cake layered with not too sweet raspberry jam and decorated 'just so'. The only thing she did that was not at my request turned out to make the decor even better than I'd envisioned. The decorations were tiny roses and berries. Ingrid added a berry variety to what I'd previously chosen to increase visual contrast and she was absolutely right to do so. Not only is she a gifted baker, she is a true artist with a sophisticated 'eye'.

November 2020 we were married at the Sutter Hotel, Sutter Creek California. We used Ingrid who was on the recommended list provided by the Sutter Hotel. Anita and I were incredibly pleased with our initial meeting with Ingrid. She brought a bunch of cake for us to sample! We chose a tuxedo cake and two cheesecakes with strawberries. Oh, my were they good. Not only were they very tasty, but she set these cakes up along with Jerry Ann's flowers to create an incredible presentation. Loved by all, on time, perfect set up and smooth transaction. Thank you, Ingrid, for creating a wonderful memory of our wedding with your cakes. Anita and I could not have been more pleased.
