The primary goal is to cut hair. Being from out of town, I went here because it was close to my hotel. I asked for a style with a little body added. The initial stylist didn't feel confident in doing so, so another stylist did the job. I wish I could remember her name because she did a great job!

Laila was wonderful as she interacted with my socially well-adjusted daughter, followed by my socially anxious child, and then our autistic son, who was getting his hair cut for the first time in 3.5-4 years, a major event for many people, especially my son. Assisting her was Lety, who was kind and attentive to my children. Although she lacked confidence, she did not lack skill!
Requested style: The photo only shows a single point of view and yet they did well.

Hair type: My eldest has a large amount of spirally curly but thin strands of hair that tend to dry out. As a result, the texture and curl pattern of the hair significantly impact the final result. Laila did an amazing job! Despite working with vague photos and multiple hair types between my three children, I am astonished by their ability .
Stylist: The stylist offered suggestions and opinions based on vague and limited information, doing so well.

Took my son for a haircut here which always makes him anxious because he’s had bad experiences before. The stylists are notorious for not taking the time to listen to what the client wants. This time was great. Donnie listened and made sure he understood what my son wanted before beginning to cut. He also understood how to cut curly hair. My kid walked out with a big smile which was priceless. Thanks Donnie!

I love this Great Clips so much! They're clean and have amazing service! I've been coming here for a while now, as well as my brother and father, we all get our hair cut/trimmed by Myra, she is an amazing stylist! She gives very good suggestions for our hair, like what to do, which style would suit us! We always take her suggestions because she can always tell the right thing for each of us! She's an amazing employee, with the most outstanding service!

Never have had a bad experience at the American Canyon great clips. Friendly staff and can’t beat the reservation system for making your wait minimal.

Worst experience, to begin they disable their online check in function, I decided to wait outside before 10:00am only to find they were late to open and only 1 stylist. Haley the manager was running late, estimated time was 36 minutes but was not attended until 2 hrs later. Haley left 1 stylist do all the work and she went to Starbucks for breakfast only to come back and go to the back office, phones were unanswered, customers left and incoming customers were ignored. Just a terrible way to run a business. I will not go back awful customer service.

Napa Junction Great Clips gave me the most ugliest haircuts of all time. When I went there the 1st time, I thought they’d give me just a trim, but they gave me a whole new look. So I went back, guess what, they said “trim” and gave me another ugly haircut. I hate my hair now, because of them
