"Allan PT/SCP1-NA" at Bosch, was able to give me the dimension for the distance form the tip of the knob up to the back of the arm when the compound is slanted to 50 degrees for the Bosch GCM12SD. This is not a regular dimension that is published so he had to get Bosch's second level of support to actually measure a unit that they had on hand and follow up with me via email.FABULOUS! That made the difference between buying the 10" or a 12" saw. Now I need to find a great price for this beautiful saw and I will buy it.THANK YOU ALLAN!

I brought my Bosch gliding compound miter saw in for reapair on the 12th of October. The gentleman receiving the repair was very rude and wasn't helpful at all. Robert who repaired my saw, called me the same day to let me know that he was able to remove the broken off allen wrench from the set screw. I asked him if he could align my saw as well. Robert was great to work with. I called Robert directly the following week to see if my saw was ready and he said yes it was and somebody should have called me already. I didn't receive a phone call until the 22nd of October. I arrived on the 23rd of October to pick up my saw and again the receiving gentleman was still very rude and not helpful. I said I was there to pick up my saw and he just stared at me. I said what information do you need from me and he said will your name would be good. Again, not very helpful or patient. Is it that tough to must up some common courtesy? If I could split my rating and give 5 starts to Robert and 0 starts to the receiving guy I would. I gave it two stars because the overall experience wasn't great. If I could deal with Robert the whole time I would definitely bring my tools back.

This is the main service center for Bosch tools in CA? What a joke! I called today to talk to a service rep and after endless menus, no one picked up the phone, and their phone system disconnected me. I called again, and message said that they were busy so I left a msg. I have many pricey Bosch power tools I use all the time. If I cannot get service from these folks, I am switching another brand. Plenty to choose from. Goodbye Bosch. When I pay for quality, I expect to get quality in service as well. This is unacceptable.

When I dropped off my 9 year old Bosch 10" Table saw for a repair I expected to get a call with a repair quote. They called me a week later saying my saw was ready for pick up it was done. I said how much to repair it they said $237!!! I could have bought a new saw for $299!NEVER again.

I found this Yelp listing from a web search. I don't post many Yelp reviews, but after seeing the negative reviews here, I felt that I should post about my own experiences with this same Bosch service center in Anaheim. My experiences have been 100% positive. Over the years, the staff here has given me excellent customer support with my Bosch power tools, especially my table saw. A special call-out should go to Phil, who was my contact between the Bosch customer phone service people somewhere back East and getting my table saw fixed. Phil and his team went above and beyond expectations with that table saw. I think Phil may be the manager there. I don't remember the names of the other people I met, but they were also very helpful and friendly. They also helped me with my Bosch routers and other Bosch "hand" power tools. Nothing but good experiences. One consideration when I am shopping for power tools is the helpfulness of the Bosch support center in Anaheim. Disclaimer: I am just an ordinary customer; I have no other relationship with Bosch or its people.

I TOOK MY "11264EVS" BOSCH HAMMER DRILL IN FOR REPAIR BECAUSE IT WAS CUTTING OFF AND ON AS THE CORD WAS MOVED AT THE BOTTOM OF THE TOOL. (TOOL HAD LIGHT TO MEDIUM USE BECAUSE I BOUGHT (2) OF THE SAME TOOLS ABOUT 3 YEARS AGO AND I ROTATE USE).TWO DAYS AFTER DROPPING IT OFF THEY CALLED ME WITH AN ESTIMATE OF $261 FOR THE REPAIRS. THAT PRICE IS VERY HIGH.... BIT THE WORST PART IS I SENT MY DAUGHTER IN TO PICK UP THE TOOL. WHEN SHE BROUGHT IT HOME BOSCH TOOL COMPANY HAD BROKEN DOWN THE TOOL AND NOT PUT IT BACK TOGETHER..... I UNDERSTAND THAT BUT THE BOX WAS UNTAPPED ON THE BOTTOM AND FULL OF SMALL PARTS (SCREWS, BRUSHES, RINGS......) I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. I WENT THERE BASED ON THE ON-LINE REVIEWS. I HOPE THIS REVIEW SAVES SOMEONE THEIR TIME AND MONEY.

I pick up and drop tools off a lot here and the staff is always cool beans. So people who need their Bosch tools serviced, drop them on by. They will let you know exactly what you are up against.
