EDIT: see the managers response below. Well done. This is how a store manager should respond to feedback from its customers. Thank you for taking the time to reflect and respond back. I have upgraded my rating accordingly.
Ordered item online that said in-stock and 15-minute pickup. Waited 30 minutes and no confirmation. Called the store to find out if the order had been fulfilled yet. Not yet fulfilled and was told I would recieve a confirmation email when it was ready. I didnt recieve a confirmation email, instead, I recieved a cancelation email. Guess the item was not in stock. A phone call back would have been nice. If you can't keep accurate inventory and you can't fulfill online orders in a timely manner, then dont do it.

Good lumber terrible service waited over 10 minutes for twine to tie down lumber had 3 different associates tell us they was going to get it finally gave up and worked out a way to get it home safely

Always very nice and helpful staff. Prices typically slightly higher than big box competitors but much more convenient. Parking tends to be full around this side of the complex, usually find more spots in front of the gym if you don't mind a little walk.

If you are looking for personal service, from a knowledgeable service staff, this is the place to shop for all of your hardware needs. Be sure to say hi to Tina, the on-site stupidviser. She's a pleasure to deal with.

Dont bother with this store. I sent an email to them about purchasing a $2000 Traeger grill and they never even bothered to respond to my email questions. After about a week, I gave up and bought it elsewhere.

I was so happy that Carter offered to exchange my damaged car fobs for the new ones I purchased on Amazon. He was so friendly, and genuinely helpful. He is totally knowledgeable, it was as just a great experience all the way around. I have been telling everyone I know . Ace hardware on Santa Ana Canyon is the best most trustworthy place to shop! And they didn't charge me a cent!

Extremely rude employees and management. Small store with rather poor selection as well. If you want to be harassed while buying cheaply made overpriced stuff, go for it but I won't be back. Take your business elsewhere folks. It just isn't worth it for the way they treat customers at this store.Edit: since I cannot reply to the comment from the store. The manager at the location was a significant part of the problem. There is nothing more to say, just stay away.

Very organized, clean, well laid out store. I've been to some Ace hardware that are very claustrophobic and kinda overwhelming but, this one is by far the nicest and with the most amazing staff. Johnny and Chet helped my husband and I get a miter saw. They didn't have it in store but, we ordered it online with their help. They went above and beyond to help us and we are so grateful for them. Excellent customer service!

Wonderful experience when purchasing a Traeger grill from this Ace Hardware. Shout out to Johnny, Yolanda and Donny for all the helpful information and loading up the grill into my car. Beyond professional and courteous throughout the whole process. Highly recommend this location.

It’s my first time to Ace Hardware, I am looking for paint match, SHAWN who assist me with the worst attitude ever, I ask him to paint match which he did, the first time not even match not even close, 2nd time same thing not even close to the actual paint I brought. And had me pay for me. Also, i was trying to look at the switch samples he’s trying to match on maybe i can see and he shoosh me like I don’t know what im talking about. He keeps arguing with me and walk out. What kind of customer service was that Shawn? You are very rude and cannot work with customer service at all. You are the worst!!!! Lastly, I called the manager to let him know what happened, while talking to me he’s talking with other people like no etiquette, he hang up on me and help customer on the floor. No wonder this store keeps getting bad reviews. If i can give zero star I would. :(
