Paul O was an absolute ANGEL! I had a huge misprint at another location and Paul came to my rescue. He was kind, followed up on the phone and completely took care of me and my client. I know that he and the store were super busy with the convention and he made me feel like a VIP. I am forever grateful to him for saving the weekend!

In town for a convention and our business cards didn’t arrive before the trip. FedEx was able to print cards same day and save the day!

I'm a senior. I am not at home, so I don't have a printer that I carry around with me. It was a simple request. I just want to print a couple of pages from my laptop. Impossible for Fedex at Walgreen Community pharmacy. They have taken technology from EXTREMELY SIMPLE TO IMPOSSIBLE. Good job Fedex. You are stupid, stupid, stupid.

Leaving this review while I'm in line. 40 mins and waiting. Maybe a handful of people ahead of me. I have *never* left a Yelp review until now. There's plenty of FedEx locations in Anaheim. Don't go to this one.

WHAT B******* Fedex denies a claim. WHY? BECAUSE DRIVER FALSIFIED DELIVERY TIME? How crackhead crazy is that?:Nothing but rewarding employees with bad behavior. And denying s legitimate customer claim. Even the customer service representative was shocked at the poor handling of the claim. Specially when the supervisor (STUPID VISOR) had her lie saying my call could not be transferred. The way this is being handelled is absolute without any regard for customer service. What happened to the FedEx that cared about the customer. Are those only for the days of old? How truly sad and i would never write sich a strong review if this wasn't a reoccurring problem with FedEx. But my last 5 deliveries have all been delivered late. And to get information where the package is, almost impossible. You have to be very creative kust tp dpeak with a live person.. Since I don't care to be screwed by k6 shipper. Good Bye FefEx Your Service is Worthless

Place saved my life! I was staying nearby and I had to get something to NYC the next day. As for parking , I told the hotel valet I needed to run in for 10 min (he didn’t ask why) and he said “cool just leave me the keys so I can move it if I have to.” Didn’t charge me a dime. I was driving a rented Toyota, I hadn’t showered and was still wearing my pajamas (stained T-shirt and ripped Harley Quinn sweat pants). They were so damn nice to me! I tipped them 10 bucks I had to force into the guys hand.

I had a nice experience at this location. I had a print and go code which did not work on the regular printer, so the lady offered to print out from the copier inside. She spend around 10 minutes on my project. Clean, nice staff, not busy, opens early. Thanks

Worse fedex I've ever been too. Never had any issues at any other location. First off they overcharge you by 200%. Second I thought I could save time but when I arrived at 1:05pm the store was closed with a sign saying "back at 2pm". I was given no indication from the employee who called me prior to me arriving that the store would be closed. Nor do the storehours on their website or sign on store tell you so. Worst fedex ever, avoid at all costs!!!

The customer service here is so bad it's literally laughable. I've actually chuckled a few times. It seems like 98% of the people there would rather do anything than assist anyone. They don't even greet you or make eye contact at all when you come in that your left wondering are the working on a phone order, do they see me, do they think I don't need any help even though I'm in line? There's one girl there who if she's working she is pretty efficient otherwise it's a no mans land

I had an amazing experience with this fed ex location. They did everything in their power to help me during the D23expo to ship out a package. I unfortunately only tember Marios name for sure I believe the other person was named Krystal.
