  • "Our waitress was really nice, cheerful and helpful... This location has a small parking lot so we had to literally sit and wait for patrons to come out of the establishment in order to get a space. Though the service was great;I thought the food was mediocre at best! My over medium eggs were actually "over raw" (over cooked edges and pretty much "non cooked" around the yolk,@all). Overall, the ambiance seemed to be appropriate for all,as there was a diverse mixture of customers. I'll go back again on a weekday when things may be a bit slower and see if we can improve our rating "
  • "Clean, great food and awesome service! A great experience everytime.!"
  • "It's usually pretty crowded here but the wait staff is still pretty quick and pleasant. The food is good comfort food."
  • "The food is so good I love it and I had the new meal slide burgers and my name really is Randy.J.Ferrand"
  • "Fresh fruit is not freshly cut; after speaking to the manager, she assured me it is suppose to be cut Fresh....but seeing the slimy oxidized bananas on my plate, she would check with the kitchen....this had happened more than once in several I-hops. Very disappointed."

  • "Beautiful and modern building and interior. Exceptional service, and most importantly, consistently great food. Really enjoyed my experience here, and look forward to visiting this IHOP again next time I am in the area!"
  • "Service was to-do food was ok. The bus boy seemed more interested in our experience there than our server. He made sure we had coffee and drinks"
  • "I was eating and a small roach was crawling all around the table. The manager didnt even stop to apologize or anything. I did hear the manager in the back telling our server, "he supposedly says there was a roach." "
  • "Service is awesome People Are Awesome nice environment"
  • "Great price, food, and service. It was pretty much what you would expect from a nice pancake house."

  • "We ate breakfast here . While we didn't have to wait to be seated and the service was pretty good, the food left a lot to be desired. Eggs arrived cold, pancakes were rubbery. Bacon ordered to be cooked crispy arrived barely cooked. Big disappointment, they charge full price for refills on all drinks except coffee. Three adults, two eight year old and our bill came to $97!!!! Yeah I know it's practically at Disneyland's doorstep, but still, it's IHOP, not Blue Bayou!"
  • "Well it's a very convenient place to eat. Way, WAY too expensive. But the pancakes are the bomb!! Never had a bad experience with the waiters or waitresses. They all are super nice and prompt!!"
  • "The wait for your food is long. We timed 45 minutes from order completion to food delivery. It's also very very expensive! Most inexpensive item in the menu is a single pancake for $9.99. That's right ladies and gentlemen, $10 for a single 4 inch pancake. The average plate price is $20 per item. Breakfast and coffee for 4 people with tax and 15% tip was $126.00. P.S. Plan on only one cup of coffee. We had to ask 4 times for a refill before it showed up."
  • "Great food great customer service the young lady that served my family and I was on point with the refills with out us asking,( How did she know) like she read our minds*, and I noticed she was bussing multiple tables, well done, employees like her make IHOP great. Kids ate free a plus. Keep it up IHOP on South Harbor blvd. in Anaheim CA. "
  • "So disappointed. Came in for breakfast before a long day at Disney. We walked in before most of the busy morning crowd. It took 30 minutes to get our food. My French toast and eggs were very cold but since we were in a rush to get to the park I didn't complain. Our waitress disappeared for another 20 minutes while we anxiously waited for a check. DO NOT ORDER EGGS gross and rubber tasting!"

  • "I love IHOP.... however this experience was different. We were seated right away and our waiter at first was amazing (Maria) she then told us that unfortunately they were switching her and someone else would take over. Then things went downhill. We were never greeted but our new waitress. She/He never came to check on us. After receiving a $95 bill for 5 people (in new Mexico its about half that) we decided to speak with the manager (again in new Mexico the managers are always asking how we are and on the floor) manager took forever to come speak with us so we decided to pay and leave. She caught us as we were about to leave the restraunt we told her our feedback she did apologize and said she would address some things. Hopefully she does, we would hate to see someone else not attended the way they should be. Also the place smells awful! We came to spend a couple days at Disney land, this was a bad start to our day."
  • "Very friendly atmosphere people are very helpful and nice Chris was a great server. Plenty of good food. Took a bit for refills but overall great"
  • "I suppose it's odd to be writing a review about IHOP, considering the food is identical to every other IHOP in the country. In that situation, service makes the difference. I had the displeasure of being a tour group that insisted on visiting this location on two different days. The staff isn't overtly rude, but they simply don't care. Service is slow, good luck trying to get a waiter's attention, and it doesn't matter because tons of tourists will flow through the door anyway. Prices are also higher then you're likely used to for IHOP, but that's to be expected considering the location."
  • "Not impresses, very over priced. I know it is near Disneyland, but 4 1/2 people eating breakfast for $74 is outrageous."
  • "The food was fine, but the service left a lot to be desired. We waited and watched everyone who sat down after us get their food while we had nothing. When we asked our server how much longer our food was going to be, miraculously, she came right back with it, leading me to believe, it had been ready to serve for quite some time. Then there is the matter of price. It is easily twice as expensive as any other ihop I have ever been to. My wife and our 3 kids cost almost $70, and that was the cheaper of the options. I feel like $10 for a kids meal without a drink is a bit ridiculous. We will not be returning. "
