We have storage here for several years. Notable: very limited evening hours, which keep shortening since we moved in. Closed every holiday. Climate control is inaccurate. Hot, hot, and still on top floor during summer. Insulted ceiling doesn't equal climate control.. too few flat bed carts. Not enough hall lighting, making it tough to see in your unit.

Madison Square self storage is a great, clean, and safe facility. The whole process of securing a unit was very simple. Staff was very friendly when I came in to finish paperwork. They’ve been helpful every time I’ve come by since. Would highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay with Madison Squares. They were always friendly and available. The facility was always clean and easy to access and we felt our unit was always safe and secure. Because we moved we had to say good bye. Recommend Madison Storage to anyone looking for a great local storage facility in East Anaheim.

My wife and I used one of the smaller units for about 4 months and it was the best storage experience we have ever had. The units are clean, secure and easy to access. The entire staff was friendly and professional. If we ever need storage again this is the place we will come to.

Diego and Mary have been very pleasant to work with. After looking at a few other local storage facilities, between the great customer service and well maintained grounds, we opted to store (2 units) @Madison.

Mary who was such a very kind and helpful person she did a great job. She showed me what how to do it get in unlock my storage unit.
