Was visiting for work and dropped in to take a class. Kru was very accommodating and welcomed me as if I was a full time gym member.

The staff and coaches have been amazing with my nephew (12). He has been going for over a year and his confidence has skyrocketed and he looks forward to going every time 3 times a week.
MTLA OC is recognized by the Minister of Education through Muay Thai Internation Association to teach real authentic Muay Thai. Kru Jon the owner is the top USA representative of World Professional Muay Thai Association. Which was created and recognized by the Sports Authority of Thailand to over see Muay Thai competition and teach Muay Thai following the techniques of the Sports Authority and its Master Trainers.
We also teach no gi BJJ and MMA. We have great fitness conditioning classes available for people who want to lose weight. This is the same work out our fighters use to lose weight for competition.
Kids classes help build confidence, teaches discipline and also self defense.
