Atm doesn’t work properly. I put the money in and didn’t get the right amount. I had to file a claim to get my money. That’s bullshit.

Bad customer service, rude attitude, making appointments mean nothing for this guys, zero time management and respect for customer, better choose different bank.

I’ve never seen more unfriendly financial services representatives than this branch. The woman was very rude in my face and was unwilling to provide services for me. Whether the services can be rendered or not, they need to be more courteous in friendly manner to customers.
