called to speak to Subway worker who totally messed up my 2 subs but she didn't speak English so a Shell worker got on the phone to translate, she was extremely rude and told me "don't give me attitude", and she wouldn't tell the Subway worker what I said, then she hung up one me. She is the one who offered to help and she made the situation worse. Shell Co. is this how you train your employees in customer service? You really need to tmdo better, and monitor their work habits. I don't appreciated being treated in that manner, will tell my friends and family about my experience and dought they will visit your establishment..I know I won't ever again.

The nicest gas station attendants every time. Store is clean and smells good and so are the bathrooms. You give respect they give respect. Like this place.

I told the "manager" from the beginning that I do not work morning yet she kept on scheduling me for early mornings. Total disrespect for employees' schedules. Hey you, the owner, talk to your "managers" why do you guys keep having a high employee turn over. You guys wanna pay employees with 12 plus years of experience minimum wage? Check your cameras and train your managers. I will not be doing a managers job for employees' pay. Receiving merchandise is managers job not employees, much less employees who you pay minimum. BEWARE DO NOT WORK HERE. Also having a more pleasant way to give directions to new hires goes a long way. They can raise their voice when they're in their own home with their children but at work be more professional.

Credit card at pumps don’t work. Then employees don’t know pump numbers. Went to another station instead of waiting in line again.

I was charged more per gallon than the price posted on their sign. This is the second time in a month that this happened, which means they've probably been overcharging everyone going there for who knows how long. The first time, I got my money back from the cashier without issue. This time, the person behind the counter first lied and said that the price was correct, and then when I pointed out the price on their sign, he refused to help and told me to call the manager the next day. When I got upset with him he laughed like he thought it was funny that he had stolen money from me. I have reported this to the Shell corporation headquarters and the county and state Departments of Weights and Measures. Hopefully they will be fined and held accountable for this criminal behavior. I would avoid these crooks at all costs.

Good customer service. Average fuel prices for the area and good car wash- though it has brushes and the air to dry is at times cut short, may be an issue with the sensor, but good nonetheless.

The basic carwash does not even give soap☹ ...At least they offer this special: "but 5 washes, get 1 ultimate wash free" which I believe is $11 ¿? Not quite sure. You will have to bring a couple of drying towels as well, cause the air does not last long enough to dry your car, and you can park right there and do it, they have a vacuum area as well, don't know how much since I didn't get to use it.But the service at the front desk is really attentive, the gentleman attending is really nice and friendly.

My three year old needed to use the restroom and the employees refused access to the restroom. Even though I spent $100 on fuel. Horrible human beings to deny a toddler the restroom.

They always have a problem with their gas pumps and I finally brought it to the manager’s attention and she claimed zero responsibility. I will go to Chevron or Arco across the street from now on. This is unprofessionalism at its finest

Horrible service the man behind the register was on his cellphone didnt bother putting it down to assist me i had to ask him mulitple times for the swisher he wasnt paying attention took him a while to give me my correct change because he was distracted!

I have never seen such a horrible array of bad customer service Under One Roof in one little building I arrived at the Shell station with my girlfriend and mother my mother had to use the restroom really badly so I went ahead and made sure that you got to the restroom and we decided to buy some food using my EBT card which they gladly accept. The show called gentleman, using the term loosely, acted as if I was giving him a root canal or probing him for colon cancer he was hemming and hawing and huffing and puffing like he didn't want to do his job and then I asked him if he could please provide a bag to put our stuff in and he said I have to charge you $0.20. Wait a minute is there some new laws that change that we was EBT cards have to pay for the bags anybody else would have been free you don't get charged 4 bags if your on EBT so I proceeded to tell him very sternly give me to get in a better mood buddy he said thank you which is unseen Seer and he was being a smart-ass I have never been into an establishment that made me feel like crap like this place did shame on the Cuban cashier at night You Oughta be ashamed of yourself and the management at Shell you guys should really think about who you hire District Frontline people to greet the public this guy is completely a piece of garbage
